I rarely ever leave reviews for services, but I cannot let the opportunity pass to leave a glowing review for Barb's Flowers! I was flying in from Chicago today to visit my mom who lives in Roseburg and wanted to order flowers to be delivered for her birthday. I have never ordered from Barb's before and I went ahead and placed an order online while I had a brief layover in Portland. I was a little nervous that the flowers would arrive the same day or look as nice as the photo on the website of the arrangement I chose, but I hoped for the best. When I arrived in Roseburg to meet my mom for dinner, I found out she had already recieved the flowers, only a little over an hour after I placed the order, and she loved them! After dinner, we went back to her house and I saw the arrangement myself and I was beyond impressed - the entire arrangement was even more beautiful than the one pictured on their site - I was so pleased!! It is a rare experience as a consumer for something to exceed my expectation so I have to give a huge shout out when it happens. Thank you, Barb's Flowers, for the gorgeous flowers for my mom's birthday! I will be using Barb's in the future - wish you were in my town!

I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful and the staff was easy to work with. My disappointment came when I got the charge on my credit card. I was quoted $40 for the arrangement, but was charged $45 on my credit card statement. It's not about the amount - it's the dishonesty. I won't be using them again!

I called to send flowers to my dearest friend, when she has to put her dog down. After looking at the photos posted, I knew they'd do a great job, as I'm a retired florist, and they design like I do! Hannah was very pleasant and professional. I live in Washington, so I won't see the arrangement, but I trust it will be appropriate and beautiful!! And they said they'd definitely be delivered today, unlike the first place I called. So nice to be able to trust and believe businesses, even though not knowing or having been in their establishment!!
