HORRIBLE!! I ordered the "so enchanting bouquet" Nothing Like the picture, came with 4 roses, two bloomed lilies, 4 that were not bloomed at all, in a short hideous vase. Also ordered a "box" of chocolates, for 10 dollars which was the size of a candy bar, and a teddy bear for ten dollars that was soaking wet upon arrival. Now that Im discussing the arrival, by 10:00am I was starting to get worried, so I called....busy signal, called, busy signal. I called this place over 80 times throughout the day, while at work, never got an answer, so I emailed them..... 5 times, with no response, So thinking by this time that my time, money and efforts were all wasted, I managed to escape work with just enough time to arrive at Redbud Floral 10 minutes before the recipient of this gift got off work. After speaking with an employee, she was confused and stated that all business deliveries go out of the door first, so she investigated, and did confirm that my order which was placed on the 12th of Feb was still on the van. By this time, the recipient WAS OFF WORK!!! She had to stay late with a little coaxing from me to receive the gift. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Twice in a 3 month period I received flowers from Redbud Floral. Both times they have lasted over 2 weeks! I'm impressed and both arrangements were beautiful!

Ordered a bouquet for my sons funeral asked for red and white roses with other flowers price was high!! When I saw arrangement there were no white roses only other white flowers with the red roses and blue delphinium. Was very disappointed!!!! Would never use this florist again

I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. They were promised to be at her office by 5 P.M. They did not show up. I paid $95.00. When I called expressing my concern, she simply said I'm sorry. So my girlfriend was left with the disappointment of being the only one in the office that didn't get her flowers. Should have known, being as this was the worst reviewed florist in Norman. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Called and ask for a wow factor in a bouquet and got terrible follow through. Small arrangement and asked for a big one. Charged for extra balloons and got none of them. The smallest arrangement they could muster for over $140. We would have paid more for a bigger arrangement but they claimed that was the biggest arrangement and make a statement. The statement is don’t go to this flower shop if you are looking to make a good impression. Disappointed to say the least.

Holy cow this will be my go-to place for flowers from now on. Our grandmother was in the hospital and when our aunt had flowers sent to her hospital room we thought they were so beautiful we had to get another arrangement. We immediately went to their location and had a wonderful piece created in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES that was even more beautiful than the last (and actually even less in cost). We were then able to work out a weekly delivery for our grandmother now that she is in hospice. They worked out a wonderful price, gave us a fantastic discount on delivery services, and I have never been happier with a florist. Five stars for: cost, convenience, beauty, delivery, product quality, and giving us something more beautiful than we could have asked for. All flowers needs for our family are through Redbud from now on!!!!! I just wish I could remember that wonderful girl's name who helped us so expertly to give kudos. :(

I hated this experience! I ordered a "pretty in pink" balloon arrangement and filled out info on the recipient, including that it was for a birthday and that it was for an adult female. The balloons were supposed to be pretty but redbud floral sent green and brown monkey balloons and red star balloons. They refused to make good on their end when asked by a national 1800 balloon service that was expecting redbud to fill an order as promised. That national balloon service will no longer be using redbud floral to fill local orders. Neither will I. It is my belief that one should use any other florist in Norman for your floral and balloon arrangements.

I ordered and paid for 3 calla Lilly pins for my grandmother's funeral service. They were to be ready Wednesday evening. They had still not been made when I went to pick them up Thursday morning. The lady did not offer more than a half hearted "sorry" and offered to make them while I waited. I did not have time to wait as the funeral is a long distance away and I needed to get on the road. So extremely disappointed which I'm sure is compounded by grief. All the same I'll never use them again and would advise against using them for something important or time sensitive. 3 days notice is plenty. My order slipped through the cracks.

I worked with Redbud Floral for our wedding and we were very pleased with the bouquets they made for us! I gave them a general description of what kind of flowers I wanted for the bouquet and they designed it and put it together on their own. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful and amazing! I loved the arrangement and color selection! They were responsive to our requests and prompt in responding to our questions. I definitely recommend them for any event!

I normally would never leave a bad public review, but I reached out privately and my message was opened and I didn’t hear back so... I ordered flowers for my friend a couple of days ago and was really unhappy with what was received. The arrangement in person looked nothing like what was pictured on the website. I wish I could attatch a picture, but I paid over $100 for something that I wouldn’t have paid over $5 for had I seen it in person first... I also ordered a balloon and that was missing from the order completely lol. I would like to use you again in the future, but I can’t because of how disappointing they turned out.
