I went to PJ's Flowers to order Valentine's Flowers for my brother who is in Iraq and wanted QUALITY flowers for his wife on Valentine's day. I WAS NOT LET DOWN, THE FLOWERS WERE AMAZING!!! I have used PJs for years and tell everyone to use them. I always get compliments on the arrangements and plants. They do everything and love what they do. Extremely helpful and nice staff. My whole family and friends use them. Used them for my wedding, graveside, centerpieces, gifts for everyone... I could go on and on. And if you're getting me flowers, they better be from PJs!!!! They have it all so why go anywhere else? You won't be disappointed.

Service failure they seems to take more orders in than they can handle during busy times of the year causing delay for ontime delivery. The order do not look near as close to the photos online ..now I will say there customer service commuications is well not rude ..just not very organized with delivery and can not and will not guarantee ontime delivery..this is far most worst florist I've done business with oh my smh...I called several time to check for order of delivery they delivered to wrong address and blame me for it , instead of correcting issue right than and there I guess they continue with other delivers by time they corrected issue my place of business was closing and the person had left 1 1/2 hours before...now look below I've added the photo from online & actual photo as of what was ordered..you be the judge.....

I'm continually blown away by their creativity and the overall look of their flowers. I've used PJ's for large corporate events (centerpieces and decor) and they're always a huge hit! I use PJ's privately for funeral and other fresh arrangements, finding cute gifts for friends, and sometimes I just drop in to get bon bons. I highly recommend checking them out!

Had ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend and they sent same day and she loved it! Only problem was it was quite a bit different than what I ordered (Color, size, vase). I sent pics and they got back quickly and offered to send the right one another day so she’s getting the right one in a month for our anniversary. Great customer service

I haven't used anyone but PJ's in years.. nor will I.... A bouquet sent to me that cost well over a $120 at a competitor (no names so I'm not business bashing) from my co workers was TINY... less than 10 inches across or tall.... Had it been ordered from PJ's it would have filled the passenger seat of a car. They are helpful, willful, and wantful to meet any and all needs I have ever had, right down to making sure certain flowers were not included due to the recipient being allergic to them. I use them to send out of state flowers that I am very specific about and they have always been just as I specified which I attribute to PJ's Staff making certain my wants are clearly known with the florist on the other end. They are the BEST!!

If you need flowers you have to visit PJ Flower Shop in Del City, OK My wife loves Star Gazer Lilies most of the time they are not available for purchase, Every time I need some for her PJ Flower show delivered and super exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day from here. I had no idea what I wanted. The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I chose to do something called a "Designer's Choice" with whatever colors and type of flowers I thought my wife would like. The reason why I choose this shop is because they could actually deliver my arrangement ON Valentine's Day in Norman. My wife received these flowers no later than 5pm and she LOVED them! (When I finally saw them, I was amazed, the arrangement was awesome.) So thank you PJ's Flower's for making this past Valentine's Day an Amazing one!

My husband ordered me some gifts from there for Valentine's Day... Flowers and a small puppy and candy bar nothing crazy... Well I get called the office and there is a bag.. a giant bear with two balloons and and my flowers... a little embarrassed because it was SO MUCH but felt really special because he thought about me. And a little pissed because he spent SO MUCH! Well I take everything to my room and called him. Well he didn't order the bear (that was bigger than my 3 yr old) so I told him to call pj flowers and let them know, or to find out where the mess up was.. for charging purposes... Ok here is the jacked up part... they told the office it was all for me! But when my husband called they told him the person who delivered it got it wrong... THEY CAME AND TOOK IT BACK!!!! ON VALENTINES DAY! Like seriously! It's not my fault you delivered the wrong thing!!!!! I got so excited that I actually went around showing it to my coworkers/friends. I usually get great service from them but this was just messed up. Thanks for bringing my day down Their response was "hope you enjoyed the chocolates" like their nasty chocolates are going to make up for their poor customer service.

I have used PJ's for years and love this place. The staff is always friendly and ready to help in any situation. I have been in their shop on Valentine's Day and the place is an absolute madhouse, but the staff will go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and never ignored. I know Valentine's can get a little crazy, and mistakes can be made but I know that they will try their hardest to not make errors(they're only human and mistakes do happen at times), but don't let that one bad review stop you from using PJ's. They are the best in Del City!!! I highly recommend them for any occasion.

These were sent to my girlfriend at a prominent place of business in Del City, the management of this business was flabergasted at the poor quality of these flowers. Folks I want to tell you the customer service is great, the quality of the product is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I will always use this shop for service over on that side of the city.
