Three years ago, my parents died 54 days apart. LilyGrass did an amazing job with all of the flower arrangements for both funerals. Last year I decided to order a Christmas grave blanket for my parents grave and it was beautiful. Had another grave blanket placed yesterday and it was absolutely gorgeous. All I can say is Alicia strives for perfection, takes great care and pride in her work and always makes sure the end result is what I want. I am so happy and grateful for Alicia. I love this shop! They are truly caring about their customers. The first time I went in it was so my kindergarten daughter could buy a flower for her teacher. Even though the shop was full with people making much larger orders and even a future bride (who I'm sure was going to be a huge order) they treated us with care and made sure my daughter got a great experience choosing flowers and creating a bouquet that she was very proud to give to her teacher. The store is also filled with great unique gifts for all occasions!

What a disappointment! In mid-July I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and retirement (both on the same day). I paid $75 (actually $90+ with tax and delivery charge) for a very small arrangement that lasted less than a week. It was way smaller than what was described to me in the store. I will definitely not use this florist in the future!

The arrangement was terrible. Cheap looking and disappointing. Looked nothing like what I ordered. Since I was unable to reply to the comment of the owner, I will edit and reply here. My order was placed through Teleflora. It was delivered Thursday. I expressed my disappointment in the arrangement and was told the poor job would be picked up and replaced with quality work. Today it didn't happen, therefore I called again. I was told your company refused to honor your work. I only wish this would allow me to post pictures of the arrangement.

Fabulous!! Alicia Rankin, owner, and Lily Grass Flowers and Decor created gorgeous flower arrangements for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and wedding August 2019. Friends and family commented many times. “That was the most beautiful bride’s bouquet I’ve ever seen”! Alicia was so helpful! Adapted to our schedule to meet with us, adapted to our needs, made changes/ adjustments even up to the day. Awesome!!

The staff was nice and easy to work and communicate with.. however, when my flowers arrived for my wedding day, almost everything was incorrect. My husbands boutonnière was supposed to be wine/burgundy, what was delivered was a red rose. My mother’s shoulder corsage was supposed to be blush pink, white, and Italian ruscus and it arrived as just white with lace. My bridesmaids and maid of honor were supposed to have blush pink fully bloomed roses, white fully bloomed roses, and Italian ruscus and arrived as all white roses with Italian ruscus. Thankfully, for the most part.. my bridal bouquet turned out alright, aside from the roses not being as wine/burgundy as planned. I sent an actual photo of my bridesmaids dresses for color reference and before writing this review, I went back to my emails with the florist to verify what I ordered didn’t really reflect what was delivered. At the end of the day, my wedding was still amazing and the arrangements were pretty; but you can definitely see the color difference in photos (for example, my husbands boutonnière bright red and his bow tie and pocket square wine/burgundy). Overall, the prices were reasonable and the staff was pleasant! We were just a little let down with the finished product.
