I ordered flowers for a funeral online and received a delivery confirmation email. However, the flowers were never delivered. After much research and added stress, the manager admitted she "forgot" to call to let me know she decided to change the delivery date. Very poor business practice. The manager lacked people skills. Ended up canceling the order. We will never use again. Beware

Super disappointed!! I had a plant sent to my boyfriend from the website, and it's nothing like what was pictured. I understand that plants are subject to change based on inventory. But the grandeur of the photo was not reflected in what was sent.

Got an absolutely hideous looking bouquet of flowers from this place today. My husband paid $60 and it looked exactly like the $10 bunch of flowers that can be purchased at Walmart, carnations and daisies and a couple of roses. One lady asked me today if they were left over from a funeral we attended this weekend. I wish I could post a picture.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST MINUS 5 STAR RATING I saw an arrangement online and placed the order with a reputable floral service. The order went to Kickingbird Florist. When my cousin got the flowers she took a picture and sent it to me. It was not the same bouquet that I ordered. Only half of the flowers were in the bouquet. There were empty spaces and it looked like an amateur florist made the arrangement and I had ordered the premium bouquet. When I called the shop, the manager, Kim, said their flowers are more expensive than the company I ordered from online, that they can't afford to make the same bouquets. It gets worse...the flowers were for a funeral. When the delivery driver called me because no one was home, I explained that my cousin was at the funeral home and cemetery and wouldn't be home until later that day. I told him I would have her call him when she returned home. She was at the funeral home and cemetery for 7 hours. When she called the florist - they had her come and pick up the flowers herself after spending the day burying her sister. What kind of florist does this??? Do Not Use This Florist! Totally unforgivable.

I have used this florist on several occasions and have been satisfied with their services But Just yesterday I picked up an arrangement that included 2 long stemmed roses As it t was a hot day my plans were to travel back home (5 mins away I immediately cut the stems and noticed one of the roses looked old had a brown spot on it This morning I woke up to wilted roses I called the store to see what they would do to stand behind their arrangement and provided the sales assoc with my concerns and when she came back she said the manager would not stand behind the arrangement. Seemed to want to blame me asked about the drive home and cutting the stems etc I will NEVER use this florist again

I love the store and the staff are just fun to chat with and always willing to help me with my crazy decor questions. I've only ordered flowers two or three times but they were gorgeous and super fresh. I don't know what they do but they last so much longer than flowers I've gotten anywhere else. They even followed up to make sure my mom was happy with her birthday arrangement last month! Can't go wrong with this great flower shop.

I have used Kickingbird Flowers a dozen times. Everytime the flowers are PERFECT. Every family member I have sent them to has loved them. The staff is so helpful and extremely nice. I have called on the phone many times and have also been inside the store. The store is so nice and so many gifts and home decor items. I have never seen a flower shop like this one and can't imagine going anywhere else. I have recieved flowers myself from them and they not only lasted forever but were very pretty and colorful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

He helped me pick something lovely and classic and helped me to find the right words for our card. The flowers were delivered same day and were very beautiful. I live in Kansas City and called to have some flowers delivered to my daughter who was having a bad day. The person I talked to was so very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the flowers and said the delivery person was very nice when they called to make sure she was there like I had asked. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were just as beautiful as the one I had ordered according to the picture. I will use them again and so will my daughter.

My family and friends have been using Kickingbird for almost 20 years and everytime I get the delivery it's always better than I hoped for or imagined. They take great pride in their product and service is terrific. Debbie, Kim and the rest of the staff are always super helpful and make sure I stay in budget. Best flower shop in Edmond and possibly the whole state. I live in Texas but much of my family is still in the OKC area so I have the utmost trust they will ensure I send something special.
