The cross arrangement I ordered for my mothers funeral was nothing like what was pictured. Kelle claimed that all the flowers in the description were used, which wasn't true. The arrangement was done cheaply, with cheap flowers and not worth the $150 charged.

Went in to get a quick tulip flower bouquet for a friend. The shop was very nicely decorated and smelled lovely. There were no specific tulip bouquets made up, but the two ladies in shop were very kind and took the tulip of our choice with a mix of flowers of our choice and put the bouquet together in less than 10 minutes. Not only was it beautiful, but it smelled amazing. And it was all done for a reasonable price. I had a good experience with the product and the customer service, so 5 out of 5 for me.

I am giving a 2 only because the corsage my daughter received for prom was pretty (AT FIRST) and the roses smelled great. HOWEVER, it fell off the wrist bracelet at our first photo stop for prom less than 30 minutes after putting it on and only riding in a car. The bracelet was on her wrist and the entire corsage was on the ground. I hate a glued corsage, for this reason. It is a prom corsage, it should hold up to dancing and it fell apart hours before they even arriving at prom. I took the bracelet with one glued leaf to the shop to let them see and know that their product did not hold up. I spoke with 2 ladies who said no one has ever told us this and oh yeah sorry. This almost ruined the beginning of this fun night. I wrapped my bracelet through it to keep it on for the pictures. Unimpressed with the lack of remorse or lack to offer even a portion of the money back. These are not cheap and should hold up better than this. If it were some other broken thing at a different store I would be offered a full REFUND.

The people were friendly and delivered on time, across the street to a funeral home. However.... I ask for a very full basket with blue and white flowers adding some purple and yellow as accent. Prices starting at $69. We paid $150. We got a spray much smaller than expected and mostly dark purple against dark greenery. Flowers didn't show, no yellow and not much white. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Excellent! I went here around Valentine's day to try a "real" flower shop. I don't know much about floral arrangements, or even exactly how I wanted it to look, but after a brief chat with Kelle, she promised to make something nice....and she did! My wife told me it was probably the prettiest bouquet she'd ever received. Went back again recently for anniversary flowers, and Kelle came through again...GORGEOUS high-quality arrangement for a reasonable price. Just the kind of professional service a flower-ignorant guy like myself needs!

The flowers for my mother's funeral weren't delivered on Sat. Despite the spray and flowers from friends being completed, and the funeral home being across the street. (They showed them to us!) The spray ordered from her grandkids also was late. (Our Meet & Greet was Sunday!) We ordered ribbons with my mom's 2 names from The grandkids and the letters were so small you couldn't see them AND on translucent ribbon, making them non-existent!
