This is the most unprofessional florist I have ever used. The flowers were old and the service was completely terrible. I ordered the flowers for an out of town friend who was coming in to OKC for a funeral. We were both embarrassed by the arrangement Julianne's sent to the funeral home. I would NEVER recommend this shop.

A co-worker received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from this florist a couple of weeks ago. I called them Monday to order a similar bouquet for a friend who is getting married this weekend, but I am not able to attend the wedding. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and i was able to get a similar arrangement sent to my good friend. She sent me pictures and it was so pretty. I was very happy with what they sent. They were able to deliver it within and hour of me placing the order. I was very happy with my experience.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I ordered an arrangement for my mom (at a cost of over $80 including delivery) for Mother’s Day to be delivered to her today. They substituted the vase for something completely different that was ugly, didn’t match the arrangement or the occasion and sure as heck didn’t match up to the quality of the one in the photo on the website. I specifically chose this arrangement because I knew my mom would love the vase. Robyn, the owner, referred to this vase as a “funeral vase” that according to her they didn’t even have in stock, but funny how its listed on the site as a Mother’s Day arrangement! I understand and knew of the possibility of substituting flowers, it was in their policy. What wasn’t in the substitution policy was anything about containers/vases and I pointed that out in my email to the Robyn after she tried to say it was. Immediately after I pointed this out, she went in and updated her website to include it. Too bad I took screenshots before she did. She “offered” to pick up my moms flowers and refund my money. Nothing else. No “what can I do to make this right?” She just immediately deflects and tries to make the customer feel bad. Doesn’t work on me. I paid for something I didn’t receive and she is to blame. She is rude and unprofessional and doesn’t want to take ownership of issues with her work.

I want you to picture in your mind what a $160 arrangement of roses looks like. If you were thinking 14 roses and a bunch of leaves, then Julianne's will meet your expectations. My mother was unable to attend her aunt's funeral, so she sent roses from Julianne's Floral Design. She went outside her tight budget, because this aunt meant a lot to her. After she ordered the flowers, my mother described the colors she chose and why she felt they represented her aunt. I was able to attend the funeral. When my mother asked me how the arrangement looked, I really didn't know what to say. I didn't want to tell her the arrangement looked impotent and haphazardly thrown together. I said it looked beautiful. The worst part is: I'm the one that convinced her to chose a florist in Oklahoma (location of funeral) instead of using a florist she knew and trusts in her home town.

I can't attest to the quality, because the flowers never arrived. I ordered flowers for my mom's table for a birthday luncheon she was having. I placed my order on line and then followed up with a phone call. The lady, Robin, was very rude and short with me. She said, "If you placed it on line, then we have it! It will get delivered!" Click... she hung up on me. Needless to say the flowers were not delivered. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund. I will never use this florist again!

Terrible! My order was cancelled as they do not deliver to this area. What exactly is the delivery area? It's not stated in the order process nor on the webpage. This is what I pay a delivery fee for isn't it?

This is the third time that I've used them to deliver flowers. They are always very friendly. Their service has been nothing but excellent and I have had zero issues and the arrangements are always beautiful. 12/10 would recommend.

I've lived out of state the majority of the last 20yrs, so I called around a bit aimlessly for a florist in the area after my sister told me she was having spine surgery that very day. Robin was extremely helpful, patient, and went out of her way to make certain the right flower arrangement was delivered in time for my sister to come out of surgery to. I didn't see the arrangement, but did wait as she asked me to hold in order to make certain the flowers were fit for delivery. I highly recommend this business due to my experience with the kind and thorough customer service.

I have dealt with Robyn ever since she opened the shop. Always very professional and willing to help. Only once have I had a problem with an order and she fixed it immediately. Not every arrangement is exactly what I order or what I want but they explain to me that some flowers are not available or they are out of stock. They always make the arrangements look amazing. I have received many texts and thank yous from the people I have sent flowers to, they all love them. I will always use Robyn!!!!!

I received flowers as a gift. The sender was not happy when he found out that three to four of the bulbs just did not open after he checked on them. With the weather and such, he was unable to see them at my home. (I have NEVER had this happen before.. typically one or two, but never 3 or 4 bulbs). Anyway, I am not a complainer, but he wasn't happy that he didn't get what he paid for. She had the nerve to call me (the receiver of the flowers) after he called her to talk to her about it. She was forceful, rude with an inappropriate tone, telling me she wasn't going to give him his money back.. Ok well, tell him that not me while I am at work. I did tell her that I didn't appreciate her tone at all. She said she was trying to figure out what was going on.. ok fine, but must you be unprofessional and rude. Not sure how you can run a business that way. So instead of making it right and providing me with a little something to make him happy, she does nothing. So now with this and the 850 plus friends that I have, everyone will know my personal opinion and experience with this florist. In my opinion this was one of the rudest experiences I have ever had and she can say what she wants, but perception is reality and I hope that over 1000 people now know.. was it worth it. Again this is my opinion based on my phone call with this rude woman and my perception of her and her business. I would not recommend at all. Too many other florists that will go the extra mile or at least be courteous. Perhaps she doesn't need the business, who knows. Bottom line the receiver of the flowers should never be contacted or spoken to in that manner.

My mother-in-law sent me flowers yesterday for my wedding anniversary and I have to say this is honestly the most beautiful arrangement I've ever received! The flowers are completely fresh and so very beautiful. <3 Julianne's did a wonderful job! <3

I called to ask a simple question and they were extremely rude, hateful and unprofessional. They were talking to me as if I were a kid. I am extremely disappointed and me and my family will no longer be ordering from them ever again. From the looks of the other reviews I am not the only one who has been treated this way!

I received a beautiful arrangement from Julianne’s from a friend of mine. This is one of the best looking arrangements I have ever received. I have since found out from my friend she had to change last minute and not only was the arrangement done beautifully but it arrived before 11am that day! I will definitely be using this florist in the future. Highly recommend! (Also it is day 3 with my flowers and they look even better today than on day 1! ❤️)

When I received my arrangement it looked as if they just took left overs and placed them into a vase. I had to rearrange the flowers for it to look better! There were 4 different types of flowers and each set was bunched in its own corner. Nothing about this arrangement says it was professionally put together. The types of flowers didn't even go to together! When I took it home and the sender saw it, he was HIGHLY disappointed that he spent $55 and how poorly it looked.

Rude owner. Took her time helping me. I had a pleasant experience one time in the past with an arrangement that was ready and looked great. This time I went in and I asked if they had any arrangements made up. Flowers in the case looked wilted and she said this is pretty much it. Then she went on to say how they were almost out of vases and before I could even ask about an arrangement she said we aren't doing any more deliveries. I had no intention of asking for a delivery. I was frustrated and said well it sounds like you are too busy for me. As I walked out the door she shouts "good luck finding any flowers, you should have ordered earlier!" Who does that to a customer?

Aside from being a shoddy business with sub-par flower arrangements, what really takes the cake is what a horrible person Robyn (the owner) is. I work for a customer-service based business where I have to interact with her regularly. She is disgustingly hateful to those providing a necessary service to her - she's entitled and turns to nasty name-calling when something doesn't go her way. She treats everyone as if they are beneath her, and has reduced people to tears just because she feels like she can. Even if her flower arrangements were the best I'd ever seen (which they ARENT) I wouldn't patronize her business. Support local business who also support other local businesses.

Walked in and didn't really know what i was looking for. Robin, the owner, was super helpful and friendly. She showed her knowledge on flowers and helped me pick flowers that would go together well. My sister loved the arrangement. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I ordered flowers for a sick friend at Mercy Hospital; I spoke with Robin, she was very helpful and made great suggestions for a fall arrangement with Sunflowers and other flowers. I was very impressed at how fast they arrived and now nice the flowers looked. I did not have a lot of money to spend, but it looked like I had. I will use them for all future flower purchases

Robin (At Julianne's) always takes an interest in my reason for purchasing and helps me to choose appropriate arrangements. Deliveries are always as scheduled and the recipients have always expressed pleasure with the flowers. Flowers are also delivered by Robin to the hospital where I volunteer and they are always attractive, well designed and suitable for hospital rooms or for taking home when discharged. I have had them wire flowers and the information has been transmitted correctly and timely. Any problems and they call immediately so it can be taken care of or clarified quickly. I had no idea what to order and the sweet ladies at Juliannes walked me thru the entire process, offering suggestions on what 18 years olds like. The flowers she received were beautiful. She sent me a picture and it was exactly what we had discussed. I was so happy they spent the time with me helping me to pick out that special vase she can keep forever.

I failed to look up reviews for this flower shop before ordering... NEVER. AGAIN. I ordered a small bouquet for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday. Instead of leaving the flowers with her neighbor when she wasn't home, or calling my cell (which I provided), they left a card telling her where to pick up her flowers, thus ruining the surprise. I called the number on the card, and a very cranky lady who claimed to be the owner answered. She told me it wasn't her fault, and that she would go check what the delivery driver had to say. When she set the phone down, she didn't place me on hold, allowing me to hear every sound in the store including her calling me an idiot as she walked away. When she finally came back, she was just as helpful as ever. She blamed me for the failed delivery and said I had not paid her hardly anything so she did not owe me anything. I told her this was terrible business, that I heard her call me an idiot, and that I wanted to speak with her manager. This was when she claimed to be the owner and hung up.
