An out-of-town friend ordered flowers for me for my birthday. The flowers did not get delivered until 3 days after my birthday. I sent my friend a picture of the arrangement and she was outraged that it was nothing like she ordered through FTD. Since the floral arrangement was whites and greens with a green ribbon I thought the vase was green. When I changed the water on the second day, it turns out the water was filled with scum. The vase was actually clear glass.

My mother ordered a Teddy Bear with 12 BALLOONS on May 31, 2019 and it did not get delivered until today June 4, 2019. Also it did not come with the 12 balloons it came with just 4. This is for a 7 year old little girl who just had major facial surgery in Children's Hospital. Buyer beware! You pay for one thing and get another. You get LESS!

I ordered flowers from Jewel Box Florist twice in the last month. Both times the bouquet of flowers was fresh and beautiful. I had recently ordered some flowers from a national dot com company to Be delivered and believe me, there is no comparison. Beautiful flowers, delivered on time, no excuses. Thank you Jewel Box! I love using local family owed and operated companies. There is no wonder why they have been doing this for over 50 years

My husband ordered $180 worth of roses to be delivered on Valentine's day and these guys delivered brown dying roses. When I called they said they stand by their work and would refund my husband because he has never had an unsatisfied customer( yet now seeing all these one stars shows thats a lie).... They picked up the dead flowers appolagized and told me a new employee left the flowers in a hot car while he de delivers over 100 other Valentine's orders. My day was ruined and this place now refuses even a partial refund and they took back the flowers! They now demand another $10 to redeliver.... Id rather be out $180 than get flowers from this place again. Will be filing a formal complaint with BBB

Flowers were nothing like the photo, I ordered an FTD Vera Wang arrangement. This arrangement was horrible. The flowers smelled so bad they gave me a headache. My daughter's nurse came in the house and said "what is that smell" I told her to smell the flowers, she said those are horrible, they are going to make me sick". The flowers went to the garage, I called FTD since that is who I ordered them from, they asked me to described the flowers. After describing, I am getting a new bouquet today. (And not from this florist) 1 Star they were delivered on the day they were supposed to be.

These guys always have great flowers for very reasonable rates. The thing I like best is: I tell them a price range and they arrange a bouquet that looked like its twice the price. AND they've ALWAYS delivered it on time.

Didn't have exactly the bouquet i was looking for so they let me go back through their flowers and make my own, and then gave me a really good deal on it. It turned out beautiful for friend's mother's wedding!!
