I love browsing Hobby Lobby because they have a lot of great stuff. I wouldn't want to shop there much because of their prices. The smallest things seem to cost way more than what I feel they are worth. Sometimes they will have a 50% off sale but I get a suspicious feeling that they mark the prices up and then put the sell price on the tag. For example, I seen a very small picture frame that cost $10. In my opinion, that frame was worth about $4 at best, so with the 50% off, it would cost $5. I truly believe they trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal, when actually you are not.

The only thing that would improve the Hobby Lobby experience is an app to help locate the aisle(s) with items I'm interested in when I don't have enough time to browse. These stores have enormous inventory ... chances are they have what you'need, but it could be easily overlooked unless you know where they display it.

Always extremely crowded, NEVER, EVER, have I EVER been offered any service of "any sort" in the 40 different times I've been there. The only reason I go to the Hobby Lobby is because it will have certain product I cannot find anywhere else. The biggest problem with this Hobby Lobby and every Hobby Lobby I've ever been into is "that every single corner is Jammed so tight with product I can hardly find anything"! I can guarantee you I will spend a minimum of 1 hour trying to find my product "MINIMUM! Next to the Walmart I have never seen cashiers so slow. IT is not just this Hobby Lobby, this is every Hobby Lobby I've ever been into.

Terrible customer service. I've been to many Hobby Lobby locations, the cashier Grace & the manager (older/middle aged female with dark hair, bun, stands at the front of the store lurking back & forth) have by far provided the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure what's wrong here in MWC, Ok, but I think they need to take some serious notes from Norman, Moore & South OKC. I also believe this manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had to make a SECOND trip up here to return an item that SHOULD have been 50% off - after we had to determine what did & didn't qualify. The staring was uncalled for. I didnt raise my voice to your employee I simply requested a refund for an item your cashier GRACE should have rang up correctly to begin with - since she had to ask about every item to know what was & wasn't on sale. Even your delivery of "No this doesn't qualify" was terrible and rude. I'm floored. For the company you both work for & represent, WOW. I won't be returning, not to worry. But I cannot believe there is such a DRASTIC CHANGE in service over here. BEWARE. But the store was clean! I can give credit when it's due. I'll be sure to send a note to the corporate office as well. If this is how you act on a Tuesday evening, unfortunately I'm sure I'm not the only customer you all have treated this way at THIS LOCATION. But maybe one of the few that WILL take a moment to report it. Good day.

I love Hobby Lobby! There are so many need items in the store that I can't even begin to list them all. They have so many unique items and their prices are good especially if they're having a sale. Be sure to download The Hobby Lobby app and get there free coupon. You get one item 40% off with a coupon but it must be an item that's not already on sale. They're wrapping paper is the best wrapping paper I have ever used. You get a lot on a roll and normally you can get it on sale 50% off. It also has a grid pattern on the back which makes it easy to cut. I like that they take care of their employees and each employee gets to have Sunday off. I have heard it's a wonderful place to work.

New building so it is exceptionally clean, friendly staff and a rather large clearance section. Oversized parking lot making it easy for handicapped shoppers and busy seasons. This location also has a very nice layout for easily locating items. Always a good place for white elephant gifts or holiday decorating.

They always have what you want and more. The only thing I didn't like was the cotton stalks. Most younger people don't understand the stigma behind the degradation cotton represents to people of color. Those were not the happiest of times for us. Anyway, I look past that part and move on. Usually if something doesn't affect you, it doesn't bother you. I understand you are Christians. So am I. I wonder how God would handle this?

Great place to get whatever you need when you are starting a project. I found everything plus some things I forgot I needed to teach my granddaughter how to sew they had everything from stick pens to the filling that you put on the back of blankets to the filling that you put in pillows and much much much much more we even bought birthday gifts out of there so I give Hobby Lobby two thumbs up

This is my new go to place, my only concern was,we were being watched, because we were of color, we were looking at the glass ceramics which were 50% off. We started looking around and which was very discouraging to see that the employees thought we were stealing. One employee spoke to us 5 times before we left and also watched us when we went to the cars. They got silent when we got to our registers and checked us on a different register because they was watching us. Just to hurry us out of here. I thought discrimination was dead , but could they be more discreet about what they were doing, it was very obvious. Racial profiling is not cool.

I wanted long reeds natural color, at least I thought so.my vase is beautiful Oriental and about 3ft. Gold rim. I found the most beautiful burntish bronze. Which is perfect to match the gold. I went in after work, first thing in the morning. As I was walking to the back one of the staff told me I was already being watched. Thank you my good man, you know who you are! I have tattoos, I had dirty cloths, I have a bandanna. I seen 2 people following me. Im not a thief, I make more than their highest paid manager, I had a few hundred dollars in my wallet. I thought about making a scene. Next time I will! I only gave 2 stars because of their products. They need correcting.
