Very disappointed, left me hanging without even a call back. Not only did they not make the discussed arrangement and delivery, they kept me on the hook so long that I was not able to order flowers with another business.

This floral shop has changed ownership within the past couple of years and I am not as pleased with the floral arrangements that I have ordered since this change. Also, the arrangements have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up.

Dusty sold it and since then it has gone down hill! Before they had the best service but this valentines and last the new group was worse. 2018 valentines I received broken vase with the wrong color flowers that were half dead! This year they lost my order the prices were higher for an arrangement half the size of years past with wilted flowers and open roses Edit: I received a bouquet today (2 days later) for our trouble and the owner has personally apologized to us! I’m very happy that they made their best efforts to fix it for us.
