I have been to many, many different flower shops and even shopped online for awhile. Nowhere compares to this place! They even talked me into a nicer (and cheaper) arrangement the first time I ordered from them. My wife loves the flowers I have gotten her from here every time (3rd time now)! I have been sorely disappointed by other flower shops but never this one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Don't bother ordering from the online Teleflora link...none of the vases are "in stock" and you'll just get the standard clear cube or other boring stock.

I am truly disappointed in Floral & Hardy's ability to fulfill a floral order. Today is my 10 yr. anniversary and my wonderful Husband ordered 12 dozen roses for me. He had them delivered to my work only to discover when I brought the floral arrangement home he noticed there were only 8 roses instead of the 12 he paid for. I'm very disappointed and shocked, You took advantage of my Husband and I don't appreciate it. My husband chose to do business with you & you decided to rip him off, He trusted your ability to fulfill a floral request on a special day (Our 10yr Anniversary) only to be disappointed. You need to understand the importance of this day and what it means to the both of us but I guess if cared, You would not have made such a gross error. Since it is after hours and we're unable to contact you about the matter verbally, You will hear from us ASAP.

Most proclaimed upon bouquet I've ever purchased! I sent flowers to my grandmother at the OU Medical Center from Floral and Hardy and the arrangement was stunning. I worked at a flower shop for three years and I know that you NEVER know what you are going to get when you order flowers from an unknown shop. That's another reason I was so blown away by their work! Great service! Great Product!

I went back and forth about writing this review because I understand mistakes happen but I just feel this was handled so horribly. A few days ago i saw I had a missed call from an unknown number who turned out to be this florist with a surprise bouquet. When I called back (within an hour of the missed call) the driver told me he couldn't find the address (my boyfriend had mistyped creating a house number that didn't exist.) Driver told me that when he couldn't find the address he left them at "the closest address he could find" even though he knew it wasn't correct.... When I told him the correct address he told me "I dropped them off at the house with the long grass, could you go get them off that porch?" I had to go take my own flowers off someone else's porch down the street (I verified via the card the were in my name.) Deeply disappointed that my special surprise required me to go porch pirating for my own flowers ☹ UPDATE: I genuinely appreciate that the owner cares enough to respond

My wife just had surgery at St Anthony and I had called and ordered flowers but the room number I was given by the hospital was incorrect. I had asked for the flowers to be delivered that evening around 5 because the shop closed at 5:30. At 5:30 the flowers had not been delivered so I called and they said that they had tried to deliver but due to the incorrect room number where unable. Despite being closed for the day they offered without hesitation to bring the flowers that evening. Within 30 minutes the flowers where delivered, they where absolutely beautiful and filled the room with such a wonderful flower aroma. My wife loved them. Our new go to flower shop without a doubt:)

Didn't greet us to begin with...and then wasn't impressed with flower selection. No succulents or anything more "trendy". I would go here for a gift for my grandma...haha- very old fashion feel.

Since both my husband and oldest daughter work downtown OKC, this is a very convenient place to send them flowers from. I love Floral and Hardy. Yes, in agreement with some others, they don't always have the specified vase or flowers you see on the site but having worked in the floral industry I understand this and come to expect it from any florist. The overhead to keep every single exact item in stock is way too much. Plus, every bouquet is going to be different from the photo anyway because someone else created the one on the photo. The staff are always friendly and always prompt to call and ask questions and clarify anything they may need to know. The substitutes area always beautiful, sometimes even more than the photo shown. I have been pleased with every single order I've placed with Floral and Hardy and I will continue to give them my business.

Received wrong bouquet (mourning flowers rather than romantic arrangement) and stale chocolate creams (not chocolates as advertised). Given the runaround for several days and then received partial refund. Would not recommend.

Had some flowers delivered to a dear friend, yesterday, 8/26/2019. The arrangement looks worn out, didn't look like photo at all. The roses are almost dead. Will be tomorrow. I'm dissapointed. Won't use this place again. Also $10 delivery and 6$ handling fee. 5$ taxes. 20$ for that nonsense. Beware. K Johnson

After work I stopped by to look for a hyacinth. When I was questioned why I was looking for that particular flower, I explained it's the traditional flower of Persian New Year. The employee helping me made several very insensitive comments about Persian culture, insinuating that all Persians are Muslims and that my family must have come to America because we are not. Obviously, I was offended by her rudeness and surprised that she would say such ignorant things to a potential customer. I'm proud of my heritage, and to have it degraded so casually was terribly offensive. Needless to say, Floral & Hardy lost my business, and I certainly won't shy away from letting the Persian community know about my experience.
