Best customer service ever! This was my first time using this place and she will def be my go to. Me and my fiance has had a rough past few days. So as hard as it was for her to go to work today, she did it. I wanted to send last minute flowers to her so I googled this place. Well here is the best part. I went to her website to order flowers. Well I am assuming they were actually closed for memorial day weekend but the site wasnt quite updated. This amazing woman came to work and noticed she had my order waiting to be made. Although she was closed AND didnt have the flowers I needed, she called me and together we figured it out. She made an amazing bouquet and STILL delivered it to my fiance! You have a customer for life! Thank you, God bless you!

I picked up a special order for my love for Valentine's Day. When I got to the shop and examined my flowers, I noticed there's was baby's breath in them when I specifically asked for none. They were beautiful, however, so I let it go. I decided to call later though to discuss the matter with the shop and the first young lady I spoke to about it was very understanding and gracious about it mix up, and transferred me to a lady named Karen. Karen was not as nice. She made it a point to point out that the putting of baby's breath was the fault of the gentleman who originally placed my special order, and that he majorly undercharged me. Who the heck in management or otherwise points out that you were UNDERCHARGED for something you paid a lot for anyway??? I am not happy with the way I was spoken to on the phone my Ms. Karen, but I appreciate the first lady as well as the gentleman who placed my order. If I decide to take my business there again, which I probably will because despite the fact that Karen was very rude the flowers were beautiful, I'll be sure to order something easy to fill so this won't happen.
