My co-workers and I put in an order to have flowers delivered to a co-worker who was having emergency surgery. After returning to work, I asked her if she recieved our flowers. She had not. After calling the shop regarding our delivery, they stated that my card had not gone through and they tried to call me. I did not have any call or any voicemail from the shop. After further review, it was found that they entered in my card information incorrectly. Very disappointing that they did not make more of an attempt to get in touch with me seeing as I called very early in the morning and there was ammple time to get it fixed so that the delivery could be made. More disappointing is our dear friend did not receive her flowers during her difficult time.

After buying flowers the last 2 years for my wife for our anniversary from another florist here in Oklahoma City that was supposed to be one of the top notch florist, they never got my order right. Yes after I called them they made it right but why not the 1st time period. I went in and talked to the owners and told them exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Absolutely beautiful arrangement. I will definitely use them from now on. Big Pat on the back for you guys!!!! My wife brought them home today and they still look absolutely beautiful.

The lady who I talked to was polite and very helpful. They where able to put together a beautiful arrangement for my wife and deliver it on the same day. My wife and I thought this arrangement was better than her valentines arrangement from another place that cost a lot more.

I was a day late on my mother's day gift and she set up same day delivery for me and was patient with the fact that I did not know what I wanted or quite frankly what I was doing. I had just picked up three rose arrangements from across the street (in Northpark Mall)from Especially Yours for Senior Night at the high school. I was about to give up on the terrible job they did across the street (in Northpark Mall) when I saw Especially Yours Flower Shop. (Mind you, the shop (Tiffany-in Northpark Mall) who put the arrangements together were not even interested in the fact that the order was not to specs, nor were they interested in fixing the problem). In a hail mary, I decided to take my chances, and my sad rose arrangements over to them to see if they could help make the arrangements look any better. Kim helped me by stripping the withered guard petals, trimming down the thorns, and disguising the stems/spicketts (spell?) with festive red cellophane and red mesh. She even offered to spray the roses with color or glitter if I had the time to wait for them to dry. To top it all off, she almost refused to take any payment for it just because she was so sorry for my experience & the amount of money I was charged for such terrible arrangements (I forgot to mention that one of the roses was rotten through). I gave her my payment & took her name down for this review. She & her daughter were so concerned with our seniors having a beautiful arrangement, I was touched & grateful for their sentiments. During all of this happening, she was multitasking orders and calls & handled everything with grace & professionalism. I will most definitely be using Kim's flower shop at Especially Yours in the future for our school's needs!! Thank you for saving the day, Kim!!!

Terrible customer service didn't want to help when I walked in the door didn't have anything sitting out to look at. Wasn't happy on my first experience there and second just walked out due to the lack of professionalism and overall appearance. She had a small book to look at and said I'm not gonna let you come back to my freezer to to look at my flowers!! Go anywhere else

DISAPPOINTED! I did NOT get what I ordered. I asked for Hydrangeas and they gave me Lilies. They told me they had Hydrangeas, when I ordered. WHY, LORD???? They never called to let me know anything would be different from what I ordered. Lastly, they got my name wrong. I even spelled it for them. Why, Lord???? I need to contact my friends to let them know WHO actually gave them the flowers. :( DISAPPOINTED!

Smells like cigarettes the minute you walk in. Very unorganized. Out of helium. Balloons were cramped in a file cabinet. Wont go back for sure!

My boyfriend that is stationed in Hawaii tried to surprise me with flowers from here and had told them we closed at 3 pm so they needed to be delivered before then. On Valentines day he had not heard anything from me about the flowers he sent and we were about to close so he told me he had sent me flowers. The flowers ended up arriving at noon the next day, which I was not working and only found out I had got them because a coworker told me. I had to drive up to work to get the flowers from north Edmond to pick them up and when I got them they were not what I expected. They looked worn. When I called to talk to them they said they could only refund my boyfriend and take the flowers back or upgrade them. I was told also that they had delivered the flowers on Valentines Day but we did not answer the door when they tried to deliver them. Though several of my coworkers and I were now looking out for them and were talked to all the customers that came up to the door asking if they were delivering anything. So now I have to take the flowers back up to work tomorrow in order for my boyfriend to get a refund. Come to find out, back in January, one of my other coworkers had flowers delivered to her for her anniversary and had to be told she was getting flowers because they were not delivered before we closed either. To top it all of the delivery was only a block away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAVING FLOWERS DELIVERED FROM HERE.

There were 2 problems Although the flowers were a pretty arrangement and were delivered right on time. 1.) they charged me $15 more than they told me it would cost. 2.) the vase was cracked causing water to leak slowly

Excellent Service! I ordered sympathy flowers for my sister-in-law over the phone. Unfortunately, I gave them the wrong (old) address AND a bad credit card number. Complete fail on my part - but they didn't miss a beat; handled both issues efficiently and professionally. They delivered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of mixed green foliage with fresh flowers before the end of the day. Since I placed the order late morning and gave incorrect information, they would have been excused had they delayed the delivery until the following day. I really appreciate awesome customer service like this! Above and Beyond - I highly recommend!
