I received very old flowers on my birthday. I’ve never used nor heard of this company before. Will never use again. I do not recommend.

I have been a customer since before the new building and have had several disappointments in recent years, but have been willing to give them more than one second chance but this is the last. The flowers I got for my wife’s birthday are embarrassing, the “happy birthday balloon went flat within a few hours after I got it home, the flowers are pretty much on one side making the arrangement look lopsided. Not a good value for what it costs at all, like I said I have been a long time customer but no more I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

By far the best flower shop in Edmond! Tammy is very friendly and helpful! Her prices are reasonable with no hidden charges. I'm not from Edmond so I started down the list calling. The others gave me price, then when time to check out the price was almost Double! They said there other charges included, i hung up before they could explain. Also when you call Designs by Tammy, an actual human being answers the phone.

Love it! You can select each flower for a set price per each. They have a 24/7 kiosk so fresh flowers anytime! Lots of silks. Gift items too. Impressed!!

Did a great job for me! I'm from out of town and wanted to send flowers to my sister, they did a great job. Beautiful. Will use Designs By Tammy again. 2018 - used Designs by Tammy again this year for my sister's wedding anniversary. Great job! Highly recommend this florist.

Always do a great job! I spent many truly frustrating years and tried several florists until I finally found Designs By Tammy and could not be happier. The flowers always match the pictures and they have always delivered on time even with some special requests. Just an update to reiterate the ongoing outstanding service from Designs By Tammy. Requested a special arrangement for my wife for our 10th Anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Back for Valentine's, my wife thought she'd try to order from another florist and was wildly disappointed and said she would never order from anyone other than Designs By Tammy again. Always outstanding!

Amazingly nice and helpful floral service. My mother owned a large flower shop while I was growing up so I know how things are done on there end and I am impressed with there helpfulness, promptness and the cost of the beautiful arrangement that they made for my wife.

Flowers were delivered in a friendly manner, but some of the roses had already started browning and there was an over abundance of greenery filler. By day 2 of flowers most of them had started to die. Really poor quality.

Received order of $60 flowers, very cheap looking flowers. I even deduct deliver fee, so maybe $45-$50 flowers. Surprised by the selection of flowers were very low end. Uptown does a lot better job and a lot cheaper. I told the person who ordered the flowers to not order from Flowers by Tammy again. It's a rip off.

Way over priced compared to other local florists. My husband paid $75 and I received a plastic vase, miniature roses and even a few carnations thrown in with babies breath, he was embarrassed of them for the price and I felt bad for him. You at least get a glass vase with an order from an online florist even when your flowers come in a box! Not okay to be so cheap when you have your customers paying well above your costs already. I suggest Kickingbird flowers and gifts, for the same occasion my in laws ordered from here and I got WAY more for less!

Unhappy with both purchases. First was not what I asked for and I was charged for a larger bouquet than what i ordered and the second purchase was extremely skimpy with wilted flowers. Will not be using again

I have only shopped at Designs by Tammy twice and Im sad to say I probably wont again. A couple years ago we were ordering flowers for our wedding and wanted particular flowers. When my arranger got there to pick up the flowers she said these arent the flowers we ordered and we were told well those are out of season yet this wasnt communicated when we were ordering and they were just replacing it with something else. After much time I decided to give them a try and order a coursage for my sons date to Winter Formal and when ordering I was shown pictures of the flowers to be used but when I picked it up they used a different type of rose and they were tiny. I was so disappointed mostly for my son who would have to give that to his date. I expressed my frustration in a nice way and was answered short and then asked if they could add 2 more roses to fix it. While waiting for them to fix it I found a small item to purchase from the floor and they slipped in a charge to FIX the coursage and I didnt realize it until I got in the car. It looked better but still not what we thought we were ordering and at a bigger price. Just not right. Not to mention, I could hear everyone in the back talking about us like we had done something wrong by saying we didnt like it.

i love their friendly service and they do great daily bouquets. Sadly we hired them for daughters wedding that was 4 months out. Although the initial consultation was great with Tammy, we never saw her again. It seems our small budget was not important. Much she promised got overlooked, ignored or not done. We felt abandoned in our great celebration. Flowers were not what we discussed. Wedding was ivory and deep burgundy (brought in color sample). We got white and red bouquet which we specifically said no to and asked for a Christmas green too. Definitely didn't get the service spoke of by another reviewer. Just really sad for my daughters great event. For Edmond, on a wedding, I will go back to Fosters who did mine in 1989.

Never again will call Tammy s flowers I ordered a 75.00 Valentines arrangement and received a arrangement worth about 29.99 it had 3 roses and 3 flowers and a lot of greenery my wife was upset with it so I call and talk to Katie ask for Tammy and never talked to her Katie did took care of all of the stories first she tells me they have temp help and that is the problem and would pick the arrangement back up and redo it I said I want my money back she says that they do not give refunds but could give me a discount on my next order Now who is stupid enough to call Tammy s and get ripped off again she also said that on Valentine, day a 75.00 dollar arrangement is actually a 50.00 arrangement because of inflation (what a joke) so to sum it up Katie did send another arrangement out that was nice but still maybe a 39.99 arrangement 2 old roses opening up already and a nice orchid but still a lot of cheap greenery (STAY AWAY FROM TAMMY,S FLORIST) IN EDMOND CALL MADELINES THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT.
