Consider this...if you have a delivery going to OKC, downtown be advised the truck doesnt leave until 12:30PM. So your delivery might get there around 1:15pm or 1:30pm if you are lucky. Not a lot of time for your love one to receive compliments and enjoy the flowers if they leave work around 3:00pm or 4:00pm. So you may wish to use a florist in the downtown area...just saying. FYI you are not informed at the time of your request what time the delivery driver leaves for downtown.

I called at 9:45 am and picked a bouquet to brighten someone's day that was down. They charged $12 to deliver to my house less than 2 miles away and did not deliver until 5:29PM!!!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT THE PERSON TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS IN A TIMELY MANNER!! I paid $45 plus the delivery fee for a small vase with so few flowers I could close my hand around them. 100% dissatisfied

Terrible. They're contracted with 1800 flowers, who told me it was them who was supposed to deliver today. They lied and said they could not deliver and tried to call me. The place they were to deliver to was 1) open all day, 2) address and business numbers easily looked up on Google maps, and 3) I've received other calls today but none from them and my voicemail box is working great. Total liars, do NOT do business with them

My son called me today so happy with his Dozen of chocolate dipped strawberries I had sent for Valentines that were delivered today at his work. He said they were "Premium". Thank you for the great memory.

Scheduled an appointment with Sophie and was stood up. Was told she would call me two days later. She never did. I called them today, giving them the benefit of the doubt about why I was stood up twice. The woman answering the calls was very respectful and courteous. She helped me when Sophie stood me up both times. Sophie called back later today with pricing. Very stern and unprofessional over the phone. Talks over you and will not let you get a word in to explain what you want. Ridicules you for not being a flower expert and knowing 100% what you want. I told her I wanted to purchase in bulk and she did not get me the price estimates that I asked for. I asked if she could get me the bulk/box prices; she laughed and told me I needed to figure out the exact number of flowers I wanted--that I couldn't just tell her that I wanted an estimate of the best price per stem I could get. Very disappointed in the service I received. I will not be doing business with them.
