If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a dozen roses on Valentine's Day and they died with in 24 hrs. I called got hung up on finally spoke to the owner she was as rude as rude can be said oh well nothing I can do and hung up on me again. Never again will I buy anything here again

I needed a special floral arrangement for the funeral of a dear friend of mine. I looked through the catalog and found the perfect arrangement. Nina came through for me big time. The arrangement was even more beautiful than the catalog picture. It was delivered when she said it would be and the family was very happy with it. The customer service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I would definitely recommend City Sweets Floral to anyone looking for a quality florist.

By far the best florist around. I go to her for every occasion but this last one was tough my grandmother passed who lived with me her final years. She was from El Reno and I went to some flower shops there, very nice shops just not meeting my particular wants. I even asked a florist about boutiners and she said flower was to be open. I said No men like small flowers....without telling Nina the story she said the exact words to me. She does beautiful arrangements and seems to know exactly what I need at the time. Flowers are expensive but when you see what she does you know you went to the right place. No other florist for us.

Nina is AWESOME!!! I've ordered 20 dozen roses from her at Valentines Day and she kept them in the fridge for me until I was ready. She took a picture I showed her of the design I wanted for my son's prom flowers (his and hers), a picture of her dress, and I told her what colors my son was wearing and she creates the most beautiful pieces!!! Nailed it!!! Her customer service skills are out of this world!! I've already referred her to several of my Friends!

I called long distance to have flowers delivered to a loved one who is not expected to live. I thought City Sweets Floral sent out FTD arrangements. I attempted to ask about one I had seen on the FTD website. The lady who answered the phone told me that if I could not describe the bouquet, she did not have time to help me. I certainly was disappointed that she could not help me. She said that she was busy and did not suggest I call back or kiss my foot. She did not want to help me. I would never call this florist if this were the last florist in the OKC area. How rude. I think she needs to learn how to deal with the public. Whoever wrote that the "lady" was so nice must not have met up with this person. I called another local florist, and I could not have had a nicer person who helped me with a lovely sounding bouquet. I spent over $70 and guess City Sweets Floral does not need the business. They are too busy.

I needed to buy a last minute Christmas present for my mom. I think it was on Christmas or Christmas eve and these guys were the only place open. I bought her flowers delivered every week from then until February. She's getting the last delivery today. I live in Mexico, so I had to do everything on the phone and through text message. Everything ran super smooth and it was very easy and affordable. The flower arrangements look very nice as my mom has been sending me photos of them. 5 stars

I don't normally write reviews, but as many times as I have visited City Sweets Floral, a review is long overdue. The customer service that Nina, who is the shop owner, provides is unmatched. I've been a loyal customer since November 2013, and each time Nina is more than happy to go out of her way to ensure I leave with the perfect flower arrangement each time. Whether picking an arrangement that she has created beforehand, or waiting while she creates a custom arrangement specifically for me, I have never been disappointed. Nor my wife, who is the ultimate judge in this matter. Today's visit was no exception, Nina created the perfect Anniversary flower arrangement. I gave her only a few key requirements and the rest was the result of her brilliant imagination and remarkable skills in creating the perfect flower arrangement. As a guy, it's great to know that there is one less thing to stress about during the year with all the special holidays and anniversaries, the flowers will always be taken care of by Nina. Additional Review (13 Nov 2018): I’ve been to Nina’s flower shop a few more times since my original review, but today’s customer service was truly unbelievable. I came to Nina with a very short notice request. I needed a custom arrangement for my daughter’s signing event taking place in less than 30 minutes! I told Nina the colors of my daughters future university she was signing with, and then I just sat back in watched Nina perform her magic in less than 15 minutes! Which included spray painting babies breath black, to match one of the university colors. I was truly in awe of Nina’s efficiency and creative talent! I couldn’t thank her enough, she certainly made a beautiful impression on the overall event with this amazing floral arrangement. Everyone, and more importantly, my daughter was so happy with the beautiful flowers!
