My best friend Angela Matias passed away on Valentine's day her visitation was that following Friday she didn't have flowers at the funeral home when her husband got there so when we arrived there to purchase some they had some orders already made for her they loaded them up in her personal truck and delivered them not but after 5 mins after we left so that he had the flowers there for his wife. They gave the kids balloons etc. They eased that worry for him and make sure it was perfect for him I highly recommend them...plus there arrangements were beautiful

Had the same experience as one of other reviews. Didn’t have what I ordered so trusted them to make it. Just a green plant with 3 roses for $75. Ordered online and had to call at 230 to check on it. Wasn’t notified they didn’t have what I ordered so just had to wait. Maybe if you go in the store and see what they have first you will have better luck but they get their business from funeral homes so any other order is sidelined. Won’t use them again. 2 stars instead of 1 because the bear I bought for $13 is nice.

I’ve been using this flower shop for several years now. They always deliver the best arrangements and flowers. The quality is noticeably higher at Butts. I highly recommend.

Wonderful. They were supposed to be closed but took my order, dressed the plant so I could take pictures and they will deliver it to the funeral home. All with a great smile. Thank you so much!!!

My order was for a standing purple spray of flowers for my sisters funeral that is not what was delivered it was pink with filler greenery plants I paid $175 , I trusted this company to do what i paid for and that didn't happen. I live in Utah and you took my money thinking it was ok .... bad business you run in El Reno and i attended school there but I wouldn't do that kind of business to anyone... don't trust this place with your order they send cheap greenery and filler flowers so sad a business would do that...
