I live in AZ and found out that my Aunts viewing was the next day. After reviewing websites and reviews, I called Broadway florist. It was after closing time but the owner Sherry, answered the phone anyway. After describing my Aunt and an arrangement on their website, she made some suggestions. She sent me a picture of the completed spray before noon the next day, so much more beautiful and larger than the online version. Plus free delivery.

Scherry and her team are wonderful! They did the arrangements for my wedding and for my sisters wedding. Very easy to work with and great customer service. This shop is wonderful!!!! So friendly and helpful from start to finish. I wanted to get a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who is turning 10 and have it delivered to school. Sherry told me about different options and I went with a very reasonably priced candy bouquet. IT WAS AMAZING and my daughter loved it! What a great experience - I will definitely be back!!!

Broadway Florist did all the family flowers for my dad's funeral. They were so beautiful and the staff and owner were very accommodating during this very sad time. We had arrangements sent from all over and Broadway Florist stood out above them all. Very impressed. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Staff extremely rude when we visited the store on a Saturday morning. We were trying to ask about purchasing bridal bouquets and couldn't even get our questions out. We were interrupted and told they had four funerals that day and couldn't help us with a June wedding anyway. We weren't wanting them to do our whole wedding, just needed a few bouquets made. We were pretty much pushed out the door and referred to other florists. If you are too busy for walk-ins, maybe shouldn't have a store front.

I’ve always used Broadway Florist to send my Mom flowers for her birthday as I like to patronize local businesses; however, based on today’s experience I will be looking for another florist due to the lack of attention to detail. I received a message from my Mom this morning which said “Thanks for the flowers. I assume they are from you.” I found that odd until she sent a picture of the card which had her name as the sender. (Her name was also on the outside of the card as the receiver). I was also disappointed with the picture she sent of the flowers as all I could see were 4 carnations. I video called her to see them and most of the flowers were on the back of the arrangement. It appears the bow and card were put on what should have been the back. Again, my disappointment today is simply with the lack of attention to detail on something I would have liked to have been perfect rather than a family joke about why she sent herself backwards flowers for her birthday. Edited: After a phone call to follow up on this since I couldn't reply to the comment asking for more information, Broadway Florist delivered another much nicer flower arrangement for my Mom's birthday. Thanks for the customer service.

Don’t make the same mistake I did! 8 months later Scherry still hasn’t given me the $200 back that she said she would. Working with Broadway Florist was the worst headache that still has not ended. Back in August I made the worst decision hiring Broadway Florist to do flowers for my wedding. I was looking forward to their years of experience and expecting great things. 1st appointment Scherry was late, no big deal. 2nd appointment she didn’t even show up after I drove out to the shop. Scherry upped my bottom line price (from our initial consultation) AFTER she made sure I paid my deposit. I was very concerned and at our next meeting, with my coordinators and Scherry, I addressed my concern and frustration with the above-stated. Scherry immediately got VERY defensive, she did not make an effort to right the wrongs. I told her that based on this record I didn’t trust her, and at that point she said very aggressively that if I didn’t trust her then I should find another florist. I agreed. She said she would mail me a check returning my deposit, and if anyone doubts that - she left me a voicemail reiterating that she would return my $200 deposit (I still have the recording). That meeting left my coordinators in shock that she was so aggressive and hostile. Since then I have followed up and Scherry claimed to have sent the check, but offered no proof. My friends and my husband have also followed up but Scherry has been hostile toward them and has refused to write the check. I would like to have this resolved, but Broadway Florist has made no effort and has been uncivil.

Got 2 bouquets from here. One for my daughter's graduation and one for my in laws' anniversary. My daughter's bouquet looked wilted when I picked it up. My in laws' bouquet was gorgeous. Both were expensive. About $100 each.

My daughter came here for flowers for her wedding. The florist did not show up for their appointment, did not answer emails, and increased her price after the original all quote. My daughter asked why the quote had increased and the florist tried to belittle her. The florist then offered to return her $200 deposit. For over two weeks the florist has said the check is in the mail. It has not been delivered. This leads us to believe that the florist is also dishonest. (10/18/2017)Another week has gone by and still no refund check. There is not such a thing as a horrible customer but there is such a thing as horrible customer service.

I have worked with Scherry and the girls at Broadway Florist on a personal level and a professional level, and every experience with them has been a positive one. I am the office manager for a local funeral home and Broadway's arrangements are always top notch. The one time we had an issue with an arrangement Scherry immediately fixed the issue: a supplier had sent flowers with an abbreviated shelf life and Scherry replaced the flowers at her own expense since the supplier refused to reimburse her for the replacements. The girls at Broadway Florist are incredibly kind, positive, and caring, and I personally will not do business with anyone else.

I am so happy I chose Broadway for my big day! Scherry was more than accommodating and brought my ideas to life! She was more than happy to look at my ideas and pictures and discuss all the other details of our wedding so that the flowers would be perfect. She was extremely professional while also adding a personal touch. She made an effort to get to know both me and my husband which was so great. The flowers were stunning! She took such great care of them and even called when they came in to let me know how she would care for them until they were delivered to the venue. It was so special to have someone that cared and made it easy not to stress!

Very disappointing experience. The roses fell off my daughters corsage as soon as we took it out of the box. She only had two roses left by the time we got to pictures. Way before prom even started. I will never use them again.

I always have the best experience with Broadway Florist! My orders are always above and beyond beautiful. My boyfriend orders my flowers from here and they are always gorgeous and last a long time. I also order for my friends and family. I am never disappointed.

I always shop local when I can. I was raised and currently live in Moore and have used this florist in the past. This time I used the website to order an arrangement for a new baby. It was pictured on the website as the mid-range price of $62 in a beautiful blue glass vase. Click click and I was done. I received a picture thanking me for the flowers and although the flowers were very nice, they were in one of those cheap looking generic clear glass vases. When I called to ask about it, I was told that is why they would prefer people would call rather than use the website. They would have told me that they didn't have that vase. They then admitted that they should have called and informed me they didn't have the vase shown on the website. They only had one small blue vase and the flowers wouldn't fit. I wasn't offered a refund for the price difference of the two vases. It was basically my bad luck since they didn't have the blue vase. They weren't very apologetic even though they basically were falsely advertising what they were sending. Will not use again. I will use a different floirist in Moore.

I called and ordered the Lovely Lavender for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. I called 10 days in advance so that there would be no issues. They were to be delivered at 10:30 the day of her birthday. The order was misplaced and had not been made when I called when they had not shown up. I was told they would be there in 30 mins. After about 40 mins I called as flowers still not there. The owner asked to speak with me and she said she put in extra flowers to make up for the trouble but that it did not look like what we had ordered. That was so true. I did not like the flowers that she sent and when I called to express this I was told that the flowers she sent were more expensive. Really that did not matter as they were nothing like what is on the website. She said flowers vary from week to week. I called 10 days ago - no excuse. Then she said she called me - I told her she did not and she everything but called me a liar and refused to give any consideration on the bill - for delivery or anything. We have used them for years but this is our last time.

I called last Friday for flowers for a shower this Saturday. I completely forgot to pick them up on Friday and I didn't get a call about them being ready but Saturday morning i called and had my husband pick them up. They worked well with me, gave me beautiful flowers, and were patient with my scatter brain. The flowers looked beautiful on the wedding shower cake I made! I was very happy with them. I called after to tell them how beautiful they were and the lady I spoke with was so sweet and thanked me. I'd definitely use them again.

My daughter was going to have them do wedding flowers and was told a deposit of $200 was required for further consultation so my daughter paid the deposit. The florist increased the total quote and then did not show up for the first appointment. When my daughter went to the shop to talk to her about the price increase the owner got angry with her and told her she would just give her $200 deposit back and she could go elsewhere. The florist refused to give a check in person when my daughter was at the shop, and instead she said she would send a check in the mail, but that was 2-3 weeks ago. She was very rude, and when my daughter called a week later to find out when the check was coming she said she already sent it. My daughter did not receive the check. Her friend went in to ask the lady about the check and the lady told her that she and my daughter are “retarded and weird”. The florist was screaming at and called the police on the friend. We hoped to work this an agreeable manner and it is unfortunate that the florist was so dishonest, aggressive, and insulting.

Originally my opinions about this florist were fantastic- she was open minded and reasonably priced for my wedding. We met a second time and she was very sweet again and we went through all the details (she was a little scattered and forgot I was coming in but she had a lot going on that day so I thought nothing of it.) On my wedding day it was agreed that she would hang the arch piece that we paid for as part of the delivery but when it was dropped off the florist was adamant that they would not hang it up. It was left with my family with an hour until the ceremony even though I had discussed hanging the arch the week before over the phone (where I was informed they would bring zip ties and that they could hang it up in no time) Very disappointed. ***EDIT: I was informed the delivery fee would cover both the drop off and hanging of the flowers.

I am so happy with my numerous experiences with Scherry at Broadway Florist. From prom corsages, to valentine's and mother's day gifts, Scherry always impresses. My fiance, who is overseas, contacted her to send me flowers for our anniversary. They were so beautiful and absolutely made my day. We have decided to use them for our wedding and I am so excited to see how our flowers turn out. I know they will be fantastic!

Two years ago we drove from Dallas to OKC for the interment of our son's ashes in a local church. It was early in the morning. A dear friend from Moore recommended Broadway Florist and they created a lovely arrangement for us. So when our friend experienced a loss, I would not have gone anywhere else. She loved the flowers.
