If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers online for my mother-in-law for Christmas and the “arrangement” that was delivered looked like a child put it together. I understand it may not look exactly like the picture online, but it wasn’t even remotely close.

Totally disappointed! Ordered the flowers to be delivered to the funeral home in a vase. It was 3 days before the funeral and she said they wouldn't take them until the night before or morning of because they wouldn't stay pretty for the funeral. I said no I want them delivered today. I paid $130 because I wanted them to be really nice. I saw then today and it was mostly greenery with maybe 6 flowers and some little bitty white flowers. Total rip off. I have kept flowers that I received for 2 weeks before they looked bad and I threw them away.

Over and beyond my expectations! Abigail was extremely helpful. The arrangement I seen online was not available in the time frame I needed it. She assured me that she had floral that would work to be similar. I am very pleased with the arrangement and the quick delivery. Thank you Abigail!!
