Excellent delivery service! The person I ordered for had recently been married and had not yet changed her name at work. The lady that made the delivery called me and let me know that no one in the building had that name. I was able to give her the maiden name and she was able to deliver! Happy smiles all around!

I ordered a corsage for prom through the internet. It was supposed to be Lillie’s, but I received tiny roses, which is not comparable. The corsage was supposed to be delivered during a certain time, but they refused to deliver due to a little rain. I had to pick up the corsage to ensure it was received in time for prom. I would never recommend this florist to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Wonderful experience with this floral shop! I was very indecisive about what I wanted for sympathy flowers. They were very kind & patient, as they let me know what they had available, they also took the time to text a picture of the arrangement before they sent it, and then I got a follow-up phone call letting me know the flowers were delivered. The arrangement turned out beautiful, much prettier than the picture on the web site. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I have used this company many times in the past and have been very pleased;however, this time was different. I went in to the store personally so I could pick out exactly what I wanted and had been advised by the owner to do this for future purchases. This was a week before Valentine's Day... I was met by an overly aggressive woman who kept me there for 45 minutes, talking over me and the other worker trying to help me. She continually told me about her personal business and hindered me from completing my order. After completing my order, the overly aggressive women then directed me to go to this website and give them a good review... So I am giving them the review the deserve. I ordered 2 different arraignments and picked the flowers out myself, upon arrival of the first arraignment, none of the flowers I picked were in them, not even one rose which I requested. I spent over $100 for both arraignments and both were very small and not supplied with the flowers I requested.. I think I will go back to ordering online...!

Absolutely hands down the BEST florist in Edmond!!! The quality of the flowers are amazing!!! They last the longest of any florist that I have been to. I purchase flowers from them every 2 weeks because they are sooooo very helpful in designing GORGEOUS bouquets and so pleasant to chat with and assist in even out of the box ideas. Delivery is prompt and courteous (call if you are not there). They wont sell you old flowers or pander to you just to get a sale. Ive come to rely on them for all my floral needs and for over 2 years have NEVER let me down.

First Time Customer - Very disappointed with the service and professionalism of this company. This is my first time to use them. A group of us sent flowers to a friend that just lost her mother. We choose a $120 bouquet. She did not receive a bouquet that was near that value or even close to what we had picked out. I understand substitution of flowers due to seasonal flowers but not making the bouquet smaller. I emailed 1800Flowers about the flowers and attached photos of the bouquet that was sent to our friend.. They offered $20 off my next purchase that they would email in a week and would send out another bouquet. Fair enough......All About Flowers called the recipient of the flowers and wanted to set up a time to switch out the flowers. Who does that? (She had no idea that their was anything wrong with the flowers.) She was going to be gone so she set them outside to be traded out. This is very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. They added a few snap dragons to the bouquet and called it good. It is still not a $120 bouquet. I requested a refund for 1/2 of the amount we spent but was not refunded anything. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. The first photo is the original bouquet sent, the second is the replacement and the third photo is what we ordered. - Update: To be fair I just received an email from 1800 flowers saying that they would refund 50% of my order and it should show up on my next statement.

I found this florist through a google search and had never ordered through them previously. I placed an order online for a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered Friday, May 6th, 2016 in the hopes of beating the rush of arrangements for Saturday and Sunday. By the following Monday, the flowers had not arrived nor had we received any correspondence that there was a delay. I contacted the florist Monday, May 9th, 2016 in the evening and was told that the order had been overlooked. The representative on the phone did seem very apologetic and assured me that the flowers would be delivered the next day and they would double upgrade the order due to the mistake. The next day the flowers did arrive but I would not say they were upgraded at all. The arrangement was rather small considering I was told they would "upgrade the upgrade" as they completely missed Mother's Day all together. Nice people but I don't think I'll be returning.

My husband sent me a dozen roses and paid $132.14 for a bouquet that looked like the ones I've seen displayed in cardboard boxes at gas stations and Walmart. They were in a cheap, plain glass vase you can get at Walmart for less than $5. Ugly greenery. No ribbons or not even any baby's breath. Totally unsatisfied. Zero stars. Sorry Flower Power. You need to do better.

While the flowers were not in horrible condition when they were delivered, my specific instructions that I made on the online order were not followed. Good thing I called to double check on that, otherwise they ould not have done what I requested (call the recipients husband before delivering). I spent nearly $100.00 on an arrangment and got something the quality of $45.00. Probably will not be using them again. They are much too expensive for what they are willing to offer. Beware.

I ordered flowers from 1 800 Flowers and All About Flower Power was selected to do the arrangement. The flowers were fine, but the arrangement was 1/2 the size for which I had paid. I complained to 1 800 Flowers and they scheduled a "redelivery". This florist had a 2nd chance to do it right. They did NOT. apparently this florist doesn't believe in delivering the product for which the customer has paid. Good to know...

Horrible. Decided to send flowers to my wife... have done it before using online services and had great success with the delivery of a nice-sized bouquet that makes a great impression. I thought it didn't really matter which service I used, they are all about the same right? Well, not so. This time the online service I chose used this florist for the delivery. My wife was not impressed in the least. On the phone she told me the arrangement was much smaller than the ones I had sent in the past, only had a few flowers in it, including two carnations that had broken stems. She said it looked like they had been tossed around in the delivery van or something. When I finally got to see the arrangement a couple of days later, I couldn't believe it. The vase was barely larger than my closed fist around it. I've never seen a vase this small before, it was like from a toy collection. I paid almost $40 for less flowers than I can buy at Walmart for $4.87 every day. No refund offered. All that was offered was an "exchange" where they had to pick up the old arrangement before they would agree to dropping off a new one. Too embarrassing to mess with. Never again!

I used this florist for my wedding in 2011, and I have purchased flowers for various occasions since then. I have always been incredibly pleased with the quality and arrangement. The flowers for my wedding were beautiful and not insanely priced. I also purchased Mother’s Day flowers for my mom recently, and her arrangement was just as wonderful.
