They did a wonderful job on an arrangement for my father’s casket. Jenifer helped us to add special gifts for each of his grandchildren. She also added forever roses for my mother and each of my siblings that we could keep. It was so nice to have small keepsakes that we can cherish. She also helped with a special request for balloons for part of the services.

I ordered from here on Sept 4 2018, and all I can say is positive things. I purchased flowers from the suggestion of the great salesperson I talked to, and they sent me pictures of the flowers via email. They even called me when the flowers were delivered. The flowers were beautiful! I completely missed up the address, and they shipped to the correct address for me the same day. I will be buying flowers from here every time I make my girlfriend upset! I really feel bad for “A New Beginning Florsit” competition in the area, because they will be getting all my money.

Ordered a month ago , showed a swatch of the colors and mentioned more color than white, what do you think I got mostly white! the only thing that I'm happy with is the ribbon..! And the boutineer ugh! Money not well spent.. won't be going back for any floral needs again.. prom countdown 8 hours! Not anything like we talked about totally dissapointed!

I am in Massachusetts. Yesterday morning, via the website, I ordered a flower delivery with some special instructions for my cousin in Moore. A few minutes later I received a call to double check on the instructions. About an hour later my cousin posted a photo of a beautiful bouquet, which looked exactly as ordered. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone needing flowers in the Moore area.

$90 for 8 cut tulips. I'm not impressed . Sorry but tulips are not a Valentine's Day flowers unless they are for your mom. Also delivered to the wrong department after exact delivery instructions were given .

Great customer service! We stopped to see what they had for corsages for the prom. I didn't get the names of the 2 different young ladies that helped us but they was great. No pressure to buy and showed us examples of the inexpensive to expensive with the same enthusiasm. Needless to say we did go ahead and place an order. The price compared to the quality and size of the arrangement ($59.95) that I paid a $12.95 delivery charge plus a $5.00 "service charge" for was highly disappointing. Just want to brag on their customer service. My mom travelled to OK from TX for a procedure that was supposed to have her in OK for several days... I ordered flowers to have delivered to her hotel the day afterward, from A New Beginning. The owner was so friendly and accommodating on the phone. The next day, (delivery day), mom woke up feeling great, and headed back to Texas. When I called the shop, they took care of my last minute cancellation and offered a refund just as kindly as they had helped me place the order the day before - something they did not have to do. Greatly appreciated.

$70 bouquet - dead in 24 hours. This florist is the worst and their customer service is more disappointing than the flowers. You’re money is much better spent anywhere else than here. Spoiler alert: if your $70 bouquet dies within 24hours they will offer you a whopping $15 cash refund. They should be embarrassed!

Jenifer, the shop owner, and her staff are outstanding. I chose A New Beginning Florist for our intimate wedding ceremony in north OKC and it was the best decision I could've made. I picked up our flowers the day before the ceremony and they were more than accommodating. Casey was in the shop the day of pickup and she was more than willing to make adjustments to my bouquet. I even received a personal call of reassurance from Jenifer after I asked for a few changes to be made. From my experience, Jenifer is a perfectionist and her team members are there to provide excellent customer service which is hard to find.

Needed an empty vase to be filled on Valentine's Day....all the staff was working diligently and doing so with smiles on their faces. I was told I could wait for my flowers that I picked out to go into my empty vase or come back. I chose to come back (ran some errands) I paid before I left and thought man I hope it looks good.......I returned to find out the designer Jennifer I think who also might be owner? Wowed me beyond belief. I think I got WAY more than I paid for and holy schnikeys I know this arrangement will be appreciated by more than just me! When I do flowers again I already know where I will go. This was a super experience and has me eager to return.
