Horrible!!! We previously had good experiences, not sure if they switched owners or what but they completely dropped the ball not just for us but several others today. They didn't deliver flowers by the end of the work day, then at 6:45 tried to give my husband some nasty wilty flowers that were not what he ordered. He cancelled and they said they couldn't process a refund until tomorrow, didn't even offer anything to keep his business. Will never order from them again.

Disappointed! Wedding corsage with only one rose! Really?! It looked more like a boutineer! Wrong colors and almost $40.00. They re-made it with 3 roses. Still tiny and not what I expected at all! Won't be using them again.

If it's as fabulous as I've heard, I'll upgrade my review. Update: My friend sent me a picture of her flowers, and I have to say that they looked amazing! I am therefore upgrading my rating from a four to a five. Well done, Cindy and staff! I'll definitely be a returning customer the next time I need flowers!

If you are looking for a personalized floral arrangement that brings your vision to life this is the shop. The floral arrangements are beautiful and cut so well that they last a full week. The shop also has many gift ideas and options, I just found the cutest snap button charms there and can't wait to order them. The owner is often on site and the shop also delivers. I will continue to use a Better Bloom Edmond for my Edmond and OKC flower delivery needs.

She let my mom, aunt and I come and take a little floral arrangement making class and she was such a patient and kind teacher. We made the centerpieces for my wedding and it was such a fun and memorable experience! We had so much fun! Also, the flowers she was able to obtain for us were absolutely beautiful!

Tried to call ahead before stopping by and the phone didn’t even ring just went straight to a message that says we are no longer taking orders for Mother’s Day goodbye. Yeah because everyone has time to order ahead and time to go by ahead of time. Sorry my life isn’t like that

Valentine's Day delivery was made at 4:45 p.m. to office building where my wife was not at. Was promised they would deliver directly to her and would call her if there was a problem and it was after 4 p.m. Two emails (Night of the 14th and on the 16th) were sent to the business' listed email, but it is now 2 weeks later and no response. Will not do business with them again. $155.70 for a dozen roses that aren't received until the following day with no response from the florist is ridiculous.

I ordered a $75 Basket of flowers delivered locally. I received 3 roses - 2 lillies in a 3 inch small drinking glass. Very disappointed ! I will never use A BETTER BLOOM again. I assume she thought I would never see the flowers. Be careful what you order over the phone. You are told one thing and get a ridiculous little crappy flower.

Amazing customer service! I live in Missouri and ordered the Luxury Mix online for same day delivery. The designer called to verify the size of the arrangement to make sure it was to my liking. She offered some creative ideas to enhance my order at my request. It turned out beautiful and I even received a photo of the arrangement for confirmation! Very impressed and will definitely order from them again!
