My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary, when I received them they did not look like something he would pick out. They were very dark and depressing deep reds almost brown and yellow with a ton of green filler. I kept them at work for a week, when I brought them home he was very upset as they were nothing like the website photo. He ordered a bright bouquet of pinks, light purple and peach mix. He emailed and received a call from the florist the next day, the woman was very defensive and almost seemed appalled that he was complaining. He simply stated if they were unable to make the bouquet with the colors in the picture he wished they would have notified him as he would have went elsewhere. He did request a refund she said no....did not offer to remake or even apologize for the awful depressing arrangement.

Silver Fox Florist did the flowers for my June wedding. They were great to work with. The bouquets they designed captured the wild flower look I dreamed of. All the flowers they used looked freshly picked and smelled wonderful. When I first went in they were great at figuring out what I was going for even though I knew nothing about flowers. I would recommend them to everyone.

I got flowers from here that were supposed to be "cheerful" and "colorful." They were dark, drab, boring, and ordinary. This is the first time that getting flowers was actually depressing.

My fiance went here to look at stuff for our upcoming wedding. We both grew up near this place and our wedding is going to be in the area, so we were hoping we could get something worked out. When my fiance explained what she wanted to do (as with others, we are on a budget here) the woman working with her laughed at her. The woman continued to talk down to her about why what my fiance wanted was "wrong." I work in sales and I'm sorry but her attitude is totally unacceptable. The customer always being right isn't always true, but you should never tell them that their idea is outright "wrong." I'll give them 3 stars simply because I remember my mother used to buy stuff here when I was a kid and never had any issues, but I will not be going back there now.

I ordered flowers here back in December for both sets of parents for the holidays. I was SUPER happy with the products and delivery. I thought I had found my new florist to send gifts to my parents when I can't be there. Early today I ordered again and the order was rejected based on delivery area. I was super confused because they had delivered before. After speaking to the manager I was told they have NEVER delivered to that area - that there's no way I actually have a confirmation with their name on it from December (even though I do). AND my father called them back in December to say the arrangement looked great. I was also told that my parents' address was over an hour away from their shop. It's 25mins if they had bothered to actually look. I was shocked at the terrible customer service. It was NOT about them not being able to fulfill the order - if they don't deliver there anymore, fine. But denying that it ever happened and exaggerating about the distance... I was basically told that I have no clue what I was talking about. Shocking. Will never use them again which is too bad as they do nice arrangements.

I have purchased several floral arrangements from Silver Fox Florist. They have listened to my ideas and turned my designs into floral reality!! I cannot tell you the comfort level that they have given me. I have found them to be very reasonable on price, ask for an estimate. I have found them to be so professional and friendly that I travel from MEDINA to make purchases at this Westlake location. I am also a Hospice Worker. The funeral arrangements that I have seen from here are also very nice. This is my favorite Florist shop anywhere.

Wonderful people! Flowers were sent to my grandmothers funeral and the angle was broke. We found out that the funeral home broke it and then tried regluing it back together thinking we wouldn’t noticed. We called the florist and replaced the angle and even allowed us to pick a different one in place of what was purchased! Amazing people and they weren’t at fault for the angle breaking and still replaced it for free!

My number one choice for Flowers! They are my go to! (With many florists all around the city, I used to live close to their florist shop and now moved 25 minutes away, I still drive there if I need some flowers quick or I want to pick them up, if not I have them delivered) They have the best flowers around town and they last more than a week! Not only that, but their employees go above an beyond to make sure everything is right! (They even remember who I am by name when I call or stop in) I've had some flower arrangements delivered by them and never any issues. I am a customer for life! Highly recommend!!!
