NEVER experienced anything but great service and beautiful arrangements. They have always accommodated my requests and more often than not short time limits. The price is fair when compared to other florists, delivery is on time, and arrangements are loved by the receiver. I would highly recommend them for your floral needs.

Beautiful fresh flowers with a unique vase that have lasted much longer than pro flowers or other store’s I’ve purchased before! I will definitely be getting my arrangements from them in the future.

I am not going to compare this flower shop with Kroger or Costco etc because that would be unfair. The latter are not custom shops at all and offer very little in terms of service. That being said, this place is, in my estimation, outrageously priced. I went there to purchase flowers for a funeral, as well as individual flowers to be given to those attending. The quote that I was given was over $200 for the main display, and $12.50 for each calla lily that was going to be given to the individual participants. I thought this seemed a bit high so I went to Oberer's Flowers in Westchester, even though I live just a few blocks from this establishment in Fairfield. The arrangement that we got from Oberer's was absolutely what we wanted and was beautiful. The price was just over $100 for the main one.. Remember the $12.50 calla lilies? The same flowers, just as fresh, just as large, and just as beautiful, were $2 a stem at Oberer's. We needed 24 of them, so that was a savings of over $250 just on those. I can understand that there may be reasonable differences in pricing among flower shops. But $10.50 per stem to me is highway robbery. Their attitude may be cordial, and their shop may be convenient if you live in Fairfield, but buyer beware! Oberer's has made a believer out of me.

Not very helpful, employee on phone was fairly rude. Did not order from them, called another local florist with much better service. Pretty sad when as a customer we are looking to spend a decent amount of money and customer service is horrible & rude.

We have only gone to this florist for arrangements--even though our chapel is now 25 minutes away--because they do such a good job. Gary has real talent; everything he puts out is beautiful. And all the staff are friendly at Novak-Schaefer.

Ordered a very expensive corsage and boutonnière for prom in April. Wanted orchids. Cosage looked lovely when I picked it up. It was handled carefully and stored in the fridge until prom the next day. Within an hour of putting the corsage on her wrist, 2 large clumps of the orchids fell out, leaving the rest looking cheap and ugly. Very unhappy with the quality especially with the $70+ I paid.
