Best Flowers found in the United States!! Okay, at least Marion, Ohio :) The workers here are so friendly and take the time to get know you and then they make an effort to cater to your interests and wants! Extremely personable experience. My grandfather passed away and within a few days they had every arrangement delivered that surpassed our expectations! Highly recommended.

I was never impressed with this florist in the past and only used them twice with poor results, but it recently was sold. I thought that maybe under new ownership that they would improve and have something special to offer...boy was I wrong. I sent an arrangement to a girlfriend of mine, and it was the most pitiful thing I've ever seen. It was even worse than before. I was so embarrassed. My girlfriend told me she uses Marion's most-known flower shop and has always been happy. That's where I'm going next time for sure.

Highly recommend Fuzzy's for everything from flowers to formalwear. So many of my friends and family members have used them and in my experience, I truly have never seen a bad arrangement come out of that shop. Not only are they extremely friendly, but they do their best to go out of their way to make sure you get everything you want and need, no matter the occasion.

Don’t believe the obviously faked negative reviews on here. Fuzzy’s is an amazing shop and their flowers are beautiful. I highly recommend their gourmet rice crispy treats and various sauces inside. They’re tasty :)

The flowers that showed up looks nothing like the picture at all.. I could have done a better job myself. Seeing how I now live out of state I ordered my mom flowers because her dad just died and thought I'd get her some nice flowers and some bs flowers show up at her door.. I am so upset.. I will never order from this place again..

Ordered a bouquet of flowers a week ago for a wedding held today. Specified pink sweetheart roses with white baby’s breath. Was told “no problem” and that I could pick it up anytime today after 10:00 when they open. Went to the shop to pick them up at 10:45 and found a handwritten tablet paper note scotch taped to the window stating that they would be open from 11:00 - 1:00. Guess what, when the worker arrived, NO BOUQUET, no pink roses in the shop at all. If you were not going to fulfill an order, WHY DIDN’T YOU HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL? SO UNPROFESSIONAL! My advice is, don’t waste your money here when there are two other choices in town.

An absolute horrific experience for our wedding. We originally ordered our suits 6 months prior to the wedding through the same business that I bought my wedding dress through, who at the time was contracted with Fuzzy’s. The contract was dissolved at some point and I was not informed until 2wks before the wedding, when a rep from Fuzzy’s called to demand payment after we had been promised through the other business that we could pay at the time of pick up. I paid over the phone, and then was informed that the suits should have been ordered 10 days prior, but reassured me the suits would be in on time. The Thursday before the wedding, our suits failed to be delivered. We did receive them the next day, only to find out that the vests had been ordered in the wrong color and the grooms pants in the wrong size, along with no white shirts. The vests and pants were ordered and the new ones delivered at noon, 5hrs prior to our wedding. On the following Monday, we went to return the suits at 9:50am and the business was not open even though their hours state they open at 9:30am. Very unprofessional, rude, and a hassle from start to finish. Will not be using again, and do not recommend to others.

I understand a substitution policy, however you've got to be kidding me with the 'substitutions' Fuzzy's flowers made for This Magic Moment Flowers, premium bouquet for $67.95. It was supposedly a "divine bowl of pastel roses is hand-delivered to someone special. Perfect for any occasion, the soft colors and variety of rose blossoms will soothe anyone's soul. Beautiful yellow roses, peach and white spray roses and greens are delivered in a clear glass bubble ball. The effect is magical." Instead I get what looks like a low budget bouquet that has nothing magical about a majority spray of carnations, a few gerbera daisies, a snap dragon and a few roses - not to mention the lack of "Care taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value". Extremely disappointed!!

Horrible experience. My father passed away and we were going to get flowers for his funeral through Fuzzys. WHAT A JOKE! Very rude staff and they didn't have the flowers we asked for (with an attitude to top it off) we went to Marion Flower Shop and they were nothing but perfect, friendly and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Fuzzys lost a customer for life. Very very VERY disgusted with Fuzzys.

My wedding day was forgotten/mistook for another day by Fuzzy's Flowers, and though I did receive flowers after my bridesmaids hunted down the owner, the flowers were not all to my satisfaction. I hated my bouquet, but had to accept it as I was given these flowers 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle. I called to complain the next day, and though I was given SOME of my money back, it seemed to be done with some reluctance and I was not given a full refund even though I felt I deserved it, due to my dissatisfaction with the product I received and also due to the amount of stress this caused me on my wedding day. Definitely a let down.
