Ordered a floral arrangement and large planter to be delivered one to my mother n law and one to my Mom and they mixed up the delivery. Called to tell them that the delivery was mixed up and my mother was to get the floral arrangement, not the planter. Two days later they went back and asked for the planter back and wanted to switch the gifts ordered and re-delivery to both my mother and mother n law. That's how the resolved the issue which was embarrassing and unacceptable. Extremely irritated & lost a customer for future business!

I know a last minute bridal bouquet request is a tall order but I really just wanted something quick and simple as we had to move our wedding day up by 6 months to the following day. I however was honestly not prepared for the response I received when I arrived the woman said "Are you kidding me" in the most condescending way possible. She did nothing really to assist me either beyond ask me color and when I resonded pink offer me one choice of a rose and a carnation, for $50.00 l have to say I'm not so impressed with the flowers or the service recieved. Everything was moved up so quickly due to health issues and I really didn't know how to respond at the moment so I just kept quiet, seriously how do you respond the day before the happiest day of your life to someone so rude and cutting. I really hope this isn't how she treats all her bridal customers!!!!

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a funeral that were to be delivered and got a confirmation email saying that they had been the night before the funeral. We were very happy with that until we found out that they weren't actually delivered. We called the florist and they said they would bring them over right away. Right away meant one hour later when the funeral was finishing up. When they did arrive they were different than what we ordered online. So glad we checked to make sure they've been delivered or we would have assumed they had they had been and we would have never known.

I'm out of town, so called to have flowers delivered. I called on a Friday at 8:15 a.m. (they open at 8 a.m.). The message, in effect, told me that they are too busy to take my call. I'll go elsewhere.

Cute little shop, my husband has ordered from there twice. First time worked out well. Had to give them a lower rating though because second time was a larger order, it was late and it wasn't the flowers or color of flowers that were ordered. When he spoke to someone that worked there, they replied "sorry, we cant do anything." Bit of a bummer. Wanted to like the place.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and paid extra to have them delivered before noon. At 12:30 my wife left work and still hadn’t received the flowers. My wife had to go back an hour later to pick them up because the delivery person just left them at the front desk. I paid quite a bit of money for the experience of my wife being surprised at her work with flowers. They were not able to give me what I paid for. I’ll never order from them again.

I urgently needed a bouquet to complete a plan that I'd had to surprise my wife and hopefully reignite a spark that we'd lost. I walked in the store at 8:30 am and had a very specific request and asked for her artistic touch to help make it resemble a wedding gown. I also needed it within a couple of hours. She immediately contacted her suppliers and began locating materials she'd need. She was extrordinarily helpful and genuinely kind. The bouquet she created was better than I had envisioned and she had it completed on time. She's extremely talented and the price was lower than I expected. The flowers were absolutely perfect and it accomplished it's purpose. I don't think I'll ever buy flowers anywhere else. The flowers are a week old now and still look as great as they did on day 1. Absolutely unmatched quality, service and value.

I would choose another florist if you are purchasing funeral arrangements. I was sorely disappointed in the small arrangement for $199.00 we had selected and more disappointed with the two dead lillies right front of the arrangement. It was so sad to not have beautiful flowers for a funeral while you are grieving and embarrassing to give such an arrangement to the family. I called in to see if they would make it right but instead just said "sorry" and blamed a bad shipment of flowers. Sadly I will take my business elsewhere next time.

I have been going to Flowers on Main for nearly 7 years now and they have never disappointed! In fact, this last experience has truly topped it off. I went in for a corsage for my wife, told them the color of the dress and the color of the vest I would be wearing and the final product was gorgeous. Even better, they threw in a boutonniere. Seriously I love Flowers on Main and their designers! Any and every time someone asks me where to buy flowers this is where I send them. They have the best flowers and arrangements and the flowers far outlast any of the other stores in which I used to purchase flowers. This IS the place!

Come into Brookings for birthday party. Went into shop and talked to women about what we want. Large flower arrangement for center piece of the table. $95 order plus tax. Came into today to pick it up...small arrangement I would not of paid half the price for else where. The sad thing is I had just been in hy-bee and seen flower arrangement that where way more beautiful and less expensive. Just know we often have flowers deliveried to my mother in law and this experience guarantees I will NEVER use flowers on main again!

I love this place. I call them, give them a vague idea of what I want and they have always hit a homerun! I have never had them do a generic bouquet and I would highly suggest letting this florist do what they do because they do it really well. Thanks again Flowers On Main. I ordered flower for my wife's birthday. I was shocked at how small and basic they were for the $58 it cost. I was very disappointed. I also asked when they would be delivered and they said in the morning. They also said I would be the first delivery. Turns out that after 1:00 is their first morning delivery because that is when we got them. They were very polite and that is why I didn't do 1 star.

We had Flowers on Main do the flowers for our weddings a few months back. Before we placed our order we sat down and with them and did a consultation. We went over how we wanted everything, what we were looking for and even had example pictures and samples of the colors. They wrote down everything and said they would have it all ready. When we received the flowers for our wedding the order was completely wrong; my wife's bouquet was exactly the opposite of what we had ordered, we were missing some of the bouquets, the boutonnieres and corsages had the wrong color ribbon, and on. Our order was not a large or extravagant order. It was extremely disappointing to see the lack of care and attention they put into our order. Don't do business with this company, go to a better quality business.

I will never order flowers from this establishment again the product received was no where near what is portrayed online. I tried to work with Ilene however she didn't seem to want to make anything right and stated that we got everything that was supposed to be in it. The arrangement was a complete joke and way smaller than it should have been and I will NEVER conduct business here again. I only gave it one star because I have to give at least one.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered for the Kentucky Derby. My friends husband used to get her a dozen red roses every year for the Derby and he passed away suddenly so I still wanted her to get the flowers. The flowers were delivered a day early, the Friday before the Derby. I called to find out why and all they could say was “I’m sorry I don’t know why that happened, but at least we got them there, right?” Followed by “hopefully we can do better next time”. I told them there wouldn’t be a next time and he hung up on me. Im so disappointed in the unbelievably disrespectful and terrible customer service. **edit- you were also sarcastic and asked if you should go pick up the flowers and re-deliver them on Saturday. Sarcasm doesn’t get a business very far. Not once did I raise my voice. And to tag on what you said about being specific about delivering them on Saturday- I asked for them to be delivered on Saturday for the Kentucky Derby. I’m not sure how’s that’s not specific enough.

Ordered an spring arrangement for my wife that they had advertised in their website. What she origionally received was beautiful. Then not even 2 days went by and many of the flowers wilted and were dying. After contacting them they arranged to pick up the flowers and redo the arrangement. When they returned with the “redone” arrangement it was much smaller than what I had origionally paid for and received. It looks as if they just decided to replace the dying flowers with what looks to be tufts of grass... it was nothing like the first one and not even close to what the advertised arrangement looked like. Not at all what I would expect from a flower shop who seemed to want to remedy the issue they had. I prefer to support local business however I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a lei for my daughters graduation. First, it was delivered on the wrong day. Then, when it was finally delivered on the correct day, it was a completely different lei than the one I ordered. When I called, they argued that they were the same price, they clearly are not (the one I ordered was $75, the one I received was $55. Eventually, I was just hung up on.

After he handed me the flowers he stopped and asked if he could help me with the packages as well. He brought the packages in and set them right inside on a chair. I found this florist on the internet. They had good reviews and were located conveniently to where I needed the flowers. I called and explained I needed flowers for my Aunts Memorial service. I explained what I had seen on the internet and asked for something similar. The delivered product far exceeded my expectations and made my father very happy since we were honoring his sister. My previous review is below - but I felt I needed to add to it. I had Flowers On Main do the flowers for my wedding. I had an idea of what I wanted with a few pictures - and the flowers that they delivered were picture perfect! They turned out so beautifully and we had so many compliments on them. On top of doing such a wonderful job with our order in advance - we put in a last minute call to them for help with flowers on the cake table, and they were so accommodating and put me right at ease with what could have been a very stressful situation. Even though they had very little notice on it, it looked like it had been part of the plan all along. They were even willing to come out to the venue to complete it!! I can't rave enough about how wonderful they are!! I have been ordering flowers from Flowers on Main for the last 7 years. I've used them for almost every occasion - birthday's, funerals, anniversaries, get well, and just because. They do an amazing job every time and are very reasonable priced. I recently ordered flowers for my Grandmothers's birthday, a friends birthday, and for a friend in the hospital. Each of them called to tell me how amazing the arrangements were. I can't thank them enough for the great work they do! They are always there and willing to help out.

Before I posted my review I read the other reviews. Anyone that posted a negative review for Flowers on Main is not someone to listen to. These folks sell high quality product and do a great job. The problem with reviews is that most people that leave reviews only leave a review if they are upset about something. Not enough folks leave positive reviews. Any business might have an infinite amount of happy customers but they continue on their way through life content and satisfied. It is the people that had a bad day or are mentally insane that are out leaving poor reviews. From a sane person in a insane world - Flowers on Main does a good job. Ordered flowers for Daddy Daughter Dance. Order 2 wrist corsage's was supposed to have a pink carnation and a maroon carnation with a white rose. I also ordered a boutonniere with a white rose. Well that is not what I got at all. NO ROSES 1 corsage with all maroon, one with all pink and a maroon boutonniere. When I mentioned this wasn't what I ordered I was told well I guess they misunderstood you. I don't know I would have thought maybe they would have given a discount or even just an apology would have been nice. I surely didn't have time for them to make new ones. Very disappointed.

Completely Disgusting!!!! I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my wife at work, for her bday. In spite of guarantee, they weren't delivered on her bday. I arranged for a refund and told them I didn't want them delivered a day late. The next day Flowers On Main Lehi showed up with a skimpy version of the arrangement. A couple hours later, the delivery man showed up and repossessed them. Yup, it really happened. He got notice that I had requested a refunded so he came back into her office and very rudely took the flowers back. Instead of just admitting to themselves that they had make a mistake by first delivering them a day late and just let it rest, he drove out of his way to embarrass my wife, in front of her co-workers and their clients by announcing that he wanted them back. Many jaws were left hanging as he strolled out of her office with his trophy. Please don't let companies get away with this lack of professionalism. Avoid Flowers On Main in Lehi, Ut.

I've ordered from here a few times and every time my wife loves the arrangement she receives. This Valentine's Day I ordered my wife her roses and our daughter a single rose. There was a mix up where the rose was left as a pick up and not delivery. After getting through to someone on the phone they were able to fix it and delivered to our daughter. She was so happy.
