The flourist was seriously a champ! I ran in to get a last second bouquet for a bride who'd accidentally left hers at home. I ran in, frantically told her what I needed and she threw together a BEAUTIFUL pink rose boquet in just a couple minutes. And the bride loved it and said it was even better than the one she had. Wow, you guys, fantastic job on this super rush order!!! Thanks for saving the day!!!!

Absolutely the best florist in Cincinnati. I ordered an arrangement late morning and it was delivered the same day within a few hours. On top of that the arrangement was gorgeous and I received top notch customer service. VERY friendly people! My background is in horticulture and I usually am a tough critic when it comes to floral arrangements. I will only order from Eden Floral Boutique in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

One of my favorite places to visit in OTR! The ladies at Eden are phenomenal - they are always so helpful, very knowledgeable in plant care, and I never leave without a great conversation. Wide variety of plants for any spot in your home, and they’re always coming out with new selections of plants and ceramic/pots/vases. It makes it exciting to visit! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Horrible experience of this place. Bought tons of plants here to start but then realized the kind of people who run this store. It's disgusting to see what workers are doing down here in the OTR community. This business falsely accused myself of a robbery and has now decided to slander the person who left the review, giving light on the subject. It's extremely messed up for a business to go out of its way to slander a customer who left nothing but an honest review. Have had several people approach myself asking me what's wrong with this business and why they wished to falsely accuse someone doing nothing wrong. DO NOT GO HERE,BUSINESSES DOWN HERE REFELCT THE COMMUNITY WE WISH TO ACHIEVE AND THIS BUSINESS PUTS US ONLY FURTHER.

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I had asked for an arrangement in blush tones with peonies and when I went to pick the flowers up, I was surprised there was only one peony. After asking about this, they generously put an additional peony in the vase and explained the reason there weren't more peonies was because they didn't fit with the blush color palette I requested. The final arrangement was gorgeous and my Mom absolutely loved them.

Eden knocks it out of the park every time! I like getting unique arrangements for friends and family. They are very easy to work with and take pride in what they do. If you want cheap flowers that won’t last a while...stick with 1-800-Flowers. If you want something that’s quality, fresh and will last a while..go Eden. Highly recommended!

By far my favorite Cincinnati florist. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without ever being pushy. Their bouquet bar is phenomenal - always fresh and vibrant with tons of interesting options - and their containers are beautiful as well. The adorable shop dogs are a big perk for me too. Just all around a top notch establishment!
