Floral Failure

Fred Deitz Floral is quite the lovely establishment looking from the outside-in. Their variety of gifts, furniture, flower arrangements, etc. may be hard to come by. However, I'd advise to spend your savings elsewhere. It's become quite noticeable that the current management has caused disruption in the business. This unprofessional, and hostile work environment is hidden from the public and covered by friendly faces. Employees are treated poorly, and with minimal respect. The supposed "superiors" greet their co-workers with constant false accusations of having an attitude, followed with threats of termination. Employees are belittled publicy, and both employees/customers are disrespected behind closed doors. According to rumor: The store is riddled with black mold, and bed bugs in the upstairs apartments. Also, untrustworthy former management have stolen from the business and former employees have spoken out, in spite of the poor treatment. This small, family-owned business is operated by the most disrespectful, miserable staff. As a business that makes funeral arrangements, it seems to be run entirely by negative emotion. The owners are clearly not fit to be in charge. Managment is incapable of handling pressure. Completely unable to keep calm, collected mindsets and aiming all of their frustrations on the staff. 'Tis an absolute shame that new management has tainted the once locally-loved business name, and poisoned our society with it's negativity and fakeness. I suppose we can only wish them well, and hope that their souls eventually find peace.

This is a great family run shop with great ties to the community as well. No matter what the floral arrangement from a wedding to a funeral they will never disappoint. I've sent both funeral arrangements and birthday arrangements and everyone has been impressed with how great the arrangements look. They also have a great selection of gifts as well at all price ranges just like the flowers. Stop by and check them out you will be glad you did!

This is the first and only time I have left a review/comment on your establishment. I have already asked you several times, though it appears that I have to ask you once more, to please stop harassing me. I have not done anything to you or your company, even after you refused my unemployment, and you decided to continue to harass me and encouraged your employees to do the same. So please, stop messaging me and posting about me on Google. Regardless, you’re responding weeks after the review was posted. There is no proof whatsoever of me posting this or knowing anything about it. Enjoy your evening.

Ordered Prom flowers wanted spring mix picked by florist but not roses. Store couldn’t find flowers to start and When I picked them up the Wrist corsage was roses and boutonniere was spring mix. Contacted the manager next business day and said I took them so nothing could be done. However, I had no choice store closed within 15 minutes of them finding the flowers and was not given the option of have new ones made.

I miss this place so much! I used to work here during high school, and moved to college. The ladies (and Mike) who run this place are amazing, and do everything they can to make sure the customers get what they imagined.

6 stars for product, 1 star for delivery philosophy. I spoke with a man who said he was a store mgr and told him it would be great to get Valentine flowers earlier than 4:30. He said they have 3 trucks out till midnight. I told him I did distribution, And 6 trucks and drivers would have put flowers in homes much sooner. He told me 3 was it, They couldn't get more trucks? If u had reserved them in Nov, You could!.Hard to understand why u would not plan ahead, For customers to get product at a reasonable time. More sales for a holiday=more planning. Telling me 3 trucks till midnight is not a great solution.This mgr's attitude is "We get there when we get there". I will give my $100 to a company next year with a customer concern. How are u making deliveries tonight, When people are having dinner out, And u won't leave the flowers because of temp?
