Ordered flowers for my Dear friends calling hours and funeral. They where not delivered. So thought they would be at the funeral the next day? Nope nothing. And to top it off they billed my credit card, I now have a dispute on that charge.

wanting to use there services for a rather large wedding, had heard some decent things about them, but they don't answer there phone ? it always goes to a voice mail, I certainly cant see spending a lot of money at a retail establishment that simply cannot answer there phones, because in the event of a problem I want to speak to someone directly not a machine. guess will have to seek the assistance of another florist.

I ordered a flower arrangement for our friends calling hours and funeral. We go to calling hours, No flower arrangement! I assumed they would for sure be at the church for funeral service, No no flower arrangement, but my credit card was charged for flowers that were never delivered as they said they would. Thank you buds flowers!!!

We ordered flowers three days in advance, and they weren't delivered on time. In fact, they were delivered late, the day after the event. When we tried to contact the owner, she avoided us until we waited in her shop to get a refund or at least an explanation as to why they were late. We wanted an explanation as to how they could be late when the owner lives on the same street as to where they were being delivered. She said she was late getting home, that was her reason as to why she had 3 days to deliver them on her very own street. Very unprofessional! We would not recommend anybody order flowers from this shop. We are grateful it wasn't for a funeral, but we were extremely embarrassed when we attended a dinner for the recipient of the flowers and we had nothing to offer as a gift on her birthday! It looked like we forgot her birthday! The owner did refund half the money with attitude, after they avoided us for 2 days. By the way she owns the Bergholz Greenhouse, and when we went there to find her she of course wasn't there but we were told that "things happen", by her husband. Nice. We had tried leaving messages for her and she NEVER responded to them, saying she didn't receive them on her business phone, ok.

I was extremely pleased with the professional yet very , very kind service Buds offered . I ordered the arrangement from out of town and it was delivered that evening . My friend posted a photo of it on FB and it was GORGEOUS !!! Thank you Buds !!!
