As a family, we have depended on Briel's for decades. They have never ceased to amaze us with their excellent customer service and magnificent product. This year was my aunt's 93rd birthday. They created a work of art, that if purchased from another local florist, would have been at at least two to three times what we paid at Briel's. We couldn't be more pleased with this gem of a business.

I live in Florida but ordered flowers for a local funeral in Ohio. BRIEL'S called to let me know some of the flowers in the arrangement I had chosen, did not come in as promised and what could they do? The arrangement turned out beautiful, even nicer that what I had originally chosen. Briel's always gets mt business because of this level of customer service!
