Great customer service. The lady that helped me was very patient on a very busy Valentine's Day morning. She toik time to understand what I wanted and my daughter loved the flower. They made it easy for me to send flowers from California to my daughter in college in MN. My only complaint is that the arrangement seemed to be over priced..

Ordered an arrangement a day in advance and requested AM delivery. I called after 11:30 to confirm my order as they had not yet arrived. The name was confirmed and I was advised they would still be there today and were probably going to be there soon. I wouldn't have been as disappointed if I didn't have to call again 3 hours later to find the order was lost and wasn't going to be there on the requested day after all. Pleasant to speak with over the phone, but not a great experience overall ordering for delivery ~

Ordered flowers for my wedding and they arrived half hour late, which pushed my pictures back a half hour. The vased flowers were beautiful, but the bouquets were not at all what I had asked for.

Shotwell Floral far exceeded my expectations. My recipient was extremely happy with the bouquet and delivery (and setup) service she received. I ordered online and chose from static pictures of their arrangements; but received an arrangement that was bigger then I expected with more flowers.

On Valentine’s Day my husband spent $95+ for a flower arrangement which consisted of six long stem red roses and short greenery in a white with kissing lips vase and it looked horrible!!! So that same morning, Valentine’s Day, I called and asked if we could trade it for a better arrangement for the same amount or less and they said no. So very disappointed!! In response to your response, I did call back however your staff was still not knowledgeable of the situation. I had spoke on the phone with two ladies that did not know what to do and would look into it and call me back. One lady did let me know that the owner would be gone for a week. On Friday, around 5:30pm another lady called and said she was in charge and wanted to find out information. Then she said she knew nothing about the situation but I guess if he said to exchange it you can come in now. I said unfortunately there is not enough time with dinner plans to bring flowers in and exchange them before closing. I also informed her I would be out of town Saturday otherwise I could come in but unfortunately I have prior plans. She said she will get a hold of the owner and find out more about the situation and have him get back to me. Saturday morning a little after 10 AM I received call but since I was skiing it went to my voicemail. The message was from the lady in charge saying she had spoke with her boss and if I will come in today (Saturday the day I said I would be out of town??

Asked for a simple favor over the phone. Wanted to know what kind of vase they'd make a succulent plant in. Lady talked down to me, as if I was a burden for even calling and asking something of this sort. Sorry that I want to know what I'm paying for! Told her many times just say yes or no, but she went around in circles. Said she couldn't help me with this because she's too busy. Wow!

I send inspiration photos and their designer nails it every time! So happy with their work and I'm a big fan of their nursery and boutique - so many fun gift and entertaining ideas!
