On Valentine’s Day my husband spent $95+ for a flower arrangement which consisted of six long stem red roses and short greenery in a white with kissing lips vase and it looked horrible!!! So that same morning, Valentine’s Day, I called and asked if we could trade it for a better arrangement for the same amount or less and they said no. So very disappointed!!
In response to your response, I did call back however your staff was still not knowledgeable of the situation. I had spoke on the phone with two ladies that did not know what to do and would look into it and call me back. One lady did let me know that the owner would be gone for a week. On Friday, around 5:30pm another lady called and said she was in charge and wanted to find out information. Then she said she knew nothing about the situation but I guess if he said to exchange it you can come in now. I said unfortunately there is not enough time with dinner plans to bring flowers in and exchange them before closing. I also informed her I would be out of town Saturday otherwise I could come in but unfortunately I have prior plans. She said she will get a hold of the owner and find out more about the situation and have him get back to me. Saturday morning a little after 10 AM I received call but since I was skiing it went to my voicemail. The message was from the lady in charge saying she had spoke with her boss and if I will come in today (Saturday the day I said I would be out of town??
