UPDATE::: I just want to say they corrected the problem and sent new arrangement....i usually don't do reviews and just want to say they went above and beyond to fix issue and I would highly recommend them. Customer service has long been forgotten in businesses but they are top notch and caring. I'm very very unhappy with their service. Paid for premium bouquet and flowers that were delivered were less than the standard picture. Paid 35 extra for premium and didn't not get it. Will never recommend them. I'd not even give them one star but cant go lower

AMAZING!! Jacey went way above and beyond and did an incredible job!! She was definitely on the same page as me from day one and that is why it was so easy to put all my trust in her creativity and talent. Rustic Petals was beyond reasonably priced for a wedding and the flowers were beyond what I could have imagined. When you live 1200+ miles from one of your best friends and can't be with them on their birthday, sending the perfect bouquet of flowers (and a novel of a heartfelt card) may not be able to fully describe how much you value them, but if ever a bouquet could come close, Rustic Petals nailed it. I had never ordered from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. Also, my friend was going to be away for harvest on her actual birthday, but I still wanted to have the flowers scheduled for her birthday (I know that, that may sound ridiculous, but it's on principle of sorts). Rustic Petals called and let her know about the flowers for her birthday so she had notice on her actual day, then they scheduled with her to deliver the day after she got home. What amazing service!!!!! She received her flowers today and cried. I just received pictures and they are MORE beautiful than the picture but still the style, colors, and flower types. This is definitely my best floral delivery experience. Thank you Rustic Petals!!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Rustic Pedals. My boyfriend was working in Bismarck (we are from Minnesota) and was sick. I felt bad and wanted to do something nice for him. I called Rustic Pedals and asked if they could put together a "sick package". I gave her a list of his favorite medicines and vitamins. She put together the cutest little sick care package with a teddy bear and a balloon. It was delivered to his hotel. He was absolutely shocked and it really made his day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond with my request. This is obviously a business that cares about making others happy and takes pride in what they do.
