I live out of state and wanted a standing arrangement for my Mothers funeral. I didn't like the choice they had on their site, however I sent them a picture of what I had in mind and we discussed the colors. I was nervous I wanted It to be perfect and that is exactly what I got. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. It came out prettier then I could have imaged. Thank you, Natalie

A simple issue that could have been easily resolved turned into a horrible experience. The flower recipient was not home when they tried to deliver the flower arrangement so they called me (which was great) but the delivery person was rude and impatient on the phone. I was apologetic and requested they try to deliver them again at a later time. I never heard back and 2 days later called to find out what happened as the flowers had not been delivered. The manager was terribly rude, raised his voice, interrupted me many times and never once apologized for the situation. I didn’t call expecting a refund, just an explanation and what I needed to do to get the flowers but after being treated so poorly I ended up requesting a full refund. I wanted to support a local business and expected better service. I’m really disappointed and won’t recommend Hirsch to anyone.

Awful, rude service. Spoke to me on the phone in a belittling manner, as if my questions were stupid and my call was an inconvenience. Even told me I would be "disappointed" if they made my request. Do yourself a favor, go to someone else for flowers.

As soon as I walked in the door the staff was very friendly and helpful. The arrangement they made for my uncles funeral was beautiful and my family loved it. I ordered a bonsai plant and my trip plans changed and they took care of it for me till I could arrive later to get it. Thank You. A great place to do business with.

I only had 10 mins, & needed the flowers ready in 30 mins & delivered one block away...I told advised the overall shape of the bouquet, the colors desired, & price range... I paid for it & left... The next day, I went to the location it was delivered to, & it was truly Lovely! The person it was for, was SO impressed with her flowers! Great job, Hirsch Floral!!

The flowers were nice, but I won't be back. The delivery driver showed up at my wife's office at noon, saw that the office was closed, and then took the flowers back to the store. Since they didn't get any kind of contact info, there the flowers sat. No plans to try again later in the day. It wasn't until I started making calls that anything happened. First I was told not to worry, that the drivers were still out. Ten minutes later, I got a call saying the flowers were back at the store. When I asked what would have happened if I hadn't called, I got no answer. They don't want to talk about that part of my $67 order. You can probably do better than Hirsch. Try.

The Flowers for my Uncle Bobs funeral were stunning the prettiest flowers there by far. Wish I would have taken a picture of those. Just ordered a get well bouquet for my sister in law. They look super beautiful to me. I will post a pic. And you can decide. Great Job !!

Did not deliver my flowers and did not feel the need to call me as to why they were not delivered. Several messages were left with the shop to see what happened and if a refund was being processed and no reply. Highly disappointed.

WE ORDERED FLOWERS FROM HIRSCH FOR MY SISTERS FUNERAL AND THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I DO THINK IT'S BEST TO ORDER IN PERSON AS I HAVE HAD 2 BAD EXPERIENCES ORDERING OVER THE PHONE. there WERE ATLEAST 10 ARRANGEMENTS THAT CAME FROM THERE AND THEY WERE ALL AS WE ASKED FOR. Paid 79.99 for 3 pink roses,3 pink carnations,and a bunch of white daisy, daisy were not in the picture!! It was to be 3 pink roses,3 white roses, 3 pink carnations, 3 white carnations and mum's NEVER AGAIN
