I placed an order well within their timeframe, but they canceled the order too late to order elsewhere. I receive emails from Gaffney about special offers. I clicked on the link and put in a Zip Code within 20 miles of Gaffney (there are no other closer florists as its a rural area). Gaffney's website accepted the address and sent me an email confirming my order. I was called late that afternoon, too late or order anywhere else, and was accused of "manipulating" their website to put in the address. I had no idea they would not deliver within 20 miles and that is not posted on their website. I was charged a delivery fee, so I assumed there wouldn't be any issue. The person from Gaffney was rude and acted as though I had violated them as a business for daring to use their website to input an address, which their website freely accepted. I live 1,000 miles away so I can't deliver flowers to my mother for Christmas on my own, and wrongfully assumed Gaffney would because my order was confirmed. There was no manipulation of their website, but the person from Gaffney who called me was definitely malicious.

At the moment, not thrilled with the service or follow up with FTD. I ordered a "better" quality arrangement and I wouldn't even place the flowers that were delivered in the "good" category.. so far I have been told that we "have a problem" because FTD approved the substitution. That may be the case but it is not their "satisfaction guaranteed" that you are aiming for. I understand substitutions and replacements but they should be equal quality and quantity. My arrangement is sub-par at "best"-- a category whose standards they couldn't begin to meet. Please see pictures.

Went in to get flowers for my wife. Was looking at pre-made bouquets, lady offered to let me pick which flowers I wanted and make a bouquet out of them for same price as the pre-made bouquets.

More greens than flowers, overly expensive and no bow on the morhers day vase. :(

04-12-18: I ordered a birthday balloon arrangement for my friend's sister, who lives in Dickinson (my friend and I are from Yankton, SD). Our phone contact and store employee was Jason, who was very polite and helpful. I want to commend him for his great service! Bless you, Jason!
