I will never again use Flowers by Us Inc for any occasion. In fact, they've kind of ruined sending flowers and chocolate in general for my fiance and I. He is stationed overseas and wanted to send me a gesture of his affection. So he placed an order on the 7th for flowers to be delivered on the 9th, and chocolates to be delivered on the 14th. The 9th passed, and nothing was delivered. They also didn't contact him to let him know. He decided to keep quiet and hope that both items get delivered on Valentine's day. No big deal. Fast forward to the 14th at 4:30. I still had not received anything, and I was about to leave work for the day at 5pm. He asked me very hopefully if I had gotten anything from him that day. I said no, so he spilled. I then called the company, and the woman that answered had a very annoyed tone of voice, and informed me hastily that they sent the truck out at 2pm and had over 200 orders to fulfill. She made me feel like I needed to exercise more patience with them because of this WELL KNOWN holiday. It was finally delivered to me at 4:55pm by a man that smelled like a casino at the end of the night looked even worse. My fiance paid over $100 for a stressful 20 minutes. At least the flowers smell nice.

My mother's birthday flowers WERE NOT delivered. I don't live in GF and I had to make multiple calls regarding a refund. Finally my mom had to go in and request the refund. My mom was given multiple excuses and not ever offered an apology!!

The arrangement sent did not look at all like what this company advertised online. Extremely upset. They have done nothing to make it right either. Poor quality and poor customer service! Will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered on Saturday for my Mothers Birthday. It stated online they were open until 1 on this day, no flowers were delivered. I received a call Monday stating they were closed on Saturday so they could spend time with their family. It did not state they were closed in Saturday, otherwise i definitely would have went with another florist. Very disappointed in service! Not to mention MY family stayed home all day waiting for a delivery!

Excellent customer service and awesome selection of flowers! Went for Valentine’s Day and they helped me out with exactly what I was looking for. Broke the vase by accident and came back the next day and they gave me a new one for free. Highly recommend these guys

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday she got them this morning but they were nothing like the ones I ordered and I mainly paid for them to put a buncha of green leaves in as fillers. I called and told them that that wasn't the flowers that I ordered but she insisted that they were. If I could upload a picture you guys would understand. Not to mention I paid 60.00 for it. Not happy at all!

We ordered a hydrangea plant for mothers day, $60 plant & $9.95 for a box of chocolates. When we spoke with our mother via phone she said she didn't receive chocolates. Arrived at her home a week later & she showed us a little dead plant with a Wal-Mart tag in it! It had 1 dead flower upon arrival, the other 3 died that week. We took it in to the store. As soon as we walked in the woman said "mothers day?" She promised to deliver a new healthy full sized plant in a real pot not a plastic one. A week has passed and nothing has been delivered! We could post pics on a website, take people's money, go to Wal-Mart, buy a $3.50 plant, deliver it & pocket $70 but we consider that stealing.
