Very rude customer service. When I called to make an order the lady on the phone refused to give me prices. She said she couldn't give out that information. I asked her why she couldn't give me the prices and she said she was new and she didn't know the prices. I call BS because if you were that new you would have someone training you to tell you that info. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered the Sunny Siesta bouquet for my mother around 10AM one day, and by 11:30AM she got them! These were a "just because" surprise for her, but she absolutely loved them. She loved the colors, the variety of flowers, the wire inside the vase that made it look creative and artsy, everything. She was also happy that I'd chosen Flower Central, because she apparently already loved this place and was happy to support them. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement and for putting such a big smile on my mother's face.

Online is says the bouquets "will look approximately like the photo" and I don't think it was even close. I ordered a bright beautiful COLORFUL bouquet for my mom's birthday. Despite the photo showing pink purple and orange flowers, it showed up almost completely orange (2 pink strands hadn't bloomed yet) and the arrangement wasn't much better. If I wanted an orange bouquet I would have ordered one. So after spending over 100 dollars, I am extremely disappointed. The photos online looked 100x better than what my mom actually received. As far as going "premium" don't even waste your money.

My father ordered flowers from this shop for my 27th birthday. They were delivered to my house in timely manner by a very polite gentlemen. The arrangement was full and vibrant. The flowers were in full bloom and healthy. I love them and would highly recommend this local shop.

The brown tone flowers are the ones I ordered. The others are what my mom got. They don't look like the picture at all and the arrangement could be better. When I called about my concerns I was told the website says they may not look like the picture. Why provide a picture then? AND in terms of the arrangement itself they said pictures don't accurately show what it looks like. Don't you look AT pictures to see what you want to order. Doesn't make any sense. I live in another state and normally call another place to order flowers. I will be going back to them. Doesn't look like what I ordered, not arranged well, and bad customer service. Nope.

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Minot "just because". I live in Canada, so I am usually at a loss as to which shop to choose. I picked Flower Central because I saw an arrangement on their website that was perfect. The ordering was incredibly simple, and I paid with my Pay Pal account. About 10 minutes after I ordered I received a phone call from Flower Central saying they could not do that arrangement, but what would I like? The day of delivery, there was another issue, but again, I received a phone call, and the issue was solved. The flowers were amazing! My daughter and her friends loved them! Five days later, the flowers are still fresh and look wonderful. I will order all my flowers from Flower Central from now on.

Very poor customer service. Ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered on Friday. They were never delivered & claimed that all the doors were locked to the building. A phone call was never attempted to see if anyone was available to come to a door (Doors were not locked) Flower Central REFUSED to refund the $10 delivery fee for flowers that were NEVER DELIVERED.

This place is fantastic! My girlfriend was going ro send me flowers for my birthday, but due to a computer error, her order was misplaced. One email later, we were able to arrange to have the flowers picked up at a later date. When I went to pick them up, there were a lot of bonuses. The outside was deceptive to how amazing the inside looked. Apparently there are two cats who have to be watched so they dont run outside, but inside there were all sorts of plants and acessories for gifts. There was a lot to look at, but none of it seemed cluttered or overwhelming and overall had a very welcoming feeling to it. The lady (I forget her name) who I picked my flowers up from was friendly and seemed to genuinely to care for the flowers, as she made sure I was holding them so that the strong wind didnt carey them away. I look forward to visiting again!!
