I love ordering flowers from this florist. They have original, lovely designs and the owner believes in customer satisfaction. Cara often goes the extra mile to please her customers and takes pride in her work, as she should. She is extremely talented and compassionate. She listens with her heart and works magic with her hands. I often order flowers from out of state and when the recipient reports back about the arrangements, I find that Don's House of Flowers anticipated and surpassed what I requested. I consider them as my top florist.

This is the WORST Florist I have ever used. Ordered flowers for a family funeral which were embarrassing. Paid way too much, even in excess of the quote. Arrangement was supposed to have lilies and roses. Ended up with Carnations with the arrangement and a ribbon you couldn't even see. The arrangement was not what we ordered and we can't even get the owner to call us back to discuss the problem. Guess they got the money and we got the shaft! I would NOT recommend this florist.

Ordered a flowers from this place. Two hours passed, no delivery. I emailed them at their email address under the 'contact us' portion of their website. No response and still now flowers, three hours later. No response and no delivery means my business, and hopefully yours, will be going elsewhere next time.

Don's House of Flowers has been great to work with. I order my grandparents flowers through this shop all the time and have never had a bad experience with them. The quality of work is excellent for both traditional and more modern/unique arrangements. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

My mother and uncle ordered flowers for there brother's funeral. they ordered them online through Don's House of Flowers website. The flowers were not at all the same kind they ordered and neither was the ribbon the correct color. The owner of the business was at the funeral and I guess she was proud of what she saw. She really should have been embarrased. Since you can't RE-DO a funeral she should reimburse them. I am unable to even give this place a rating because the rating I would give is below what is offered to rate. She won't call my mother back either, this is not only bad business but it's just plain RUDE. Not a way to do business in my opinion.
