I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister's work. Unknown to me, the business was shut down for the day so the staff could go to a meeting at a second location. The delivery person managed to track her down and she received the flowers at her meeting place. The flowers were very beautiful and well done. Thanks to the delivery person for taking the time and trouble to deliver these beautiful flowers to my sister. She loved them!

Dalbol Flowers & Gifts provided the bouquets and flowers for my wedding. I was a bit nervous, because I was planning the wedding from New Jersey so I couldn't drop by and actually see the arrangements. We discussed everything through phone and email. It also didn't help that I don't know much about flower arrangements, so my preferences must have been annoyingly vague and unhelpful. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. Our flowers arrived and they were beautiful! Better than I had imagined. (A photo of my bridal bouquet is included with this review.) It is like the florist read my mind and then did an even better job. I would definitely work with Dalbol again. Their staff was accessible and easy to work with.

Dalbol Flowers are awesome. They're our "go to" flower shop. In the past three weeks, I got flowers for my birthday, anniversary and then just this past Friday they did flowers for my mom's Life Celebration Service and as you can see from the photos, they did an amazing job. The flowers looked amazing and there were no wimpy blossoms, no half closed roses or ones with brown edges. All the blossoms were top quality and smell amazing. Well done Dalbol!!

Delivered 4 hours late. Lady on the phone didn't have a clue where they were. NOT happy. Will never buy from again. If you can't deliver by the time asked for, then at least have the courtesy to call.

I ordered flowers for my grandpa's funeral and when I picked them up they weren't what I had ordered or expected. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid. I'm extremely disappointed in these half dead flowers and embarrassed to bring them to a funeral. I would have gotten fresher, prettier flowers by going to a grocery store, hand selecting and throwing them in a vase! I chose to order here due to all the comments stating they had amazing flowers for funerals. I do not recommend at all!

Dalbol flowers was perfect for our wedding! Katie was so great to work with and we received such great customer service that we chose Dalbol even though we do not live in Fargo, it was worth the drive! She was flexible in changing my order and had great suggestions, and made efforts to save us money. I left the flower choices up to her and just asked for "white with greens" and they turned out beautiful, our photographer said it was her favorite bouquet of the wedding season. Thank you Katie!

I ordered flowers on a Wednesday forgetting that the person I ordered them for was leaving the town the next day and would not be able to enjoy the flowers. When I called a couple of hours after ordering as I realized my mistake I was told that the flowers had been made up, but not yet delivered. I explained the situation and Dalbol flowers insisted on waiting to deliver the flowers and said they would make up a new arrangement the following week. Even though it was my mistake they went out of their way to make sure the person I was sending the flowers to got a beautiful arrangement. Awesome customer service and beautiful flowers!

I ordered flowers on the phone from Valley City to go to a special girl at her place of work on a Friday. I was greeted on the phone very professionally yet very friendly and extremely helpful. I felt the pricing was on point and they were able to get the flowers to her desk by 11AM, and I called around 9AM. I recieved a Snapchat as soon as she got them, and was very pleased with the arrangement. Excellent service, I will definitely be calling them for my next floral delivery!
