Amazing customer service. I called kind of last minute to have a special bouquet put together for my mom. The lady I talked to went out her way to help me personalize the bouquet and make it really special. She even said she could deliver the flowers after work in case her driver couldn't (since it was such short notice and almost closing time). Will definitely continue to do business at Artistic Ambiance! Thank you!

I met the owner of Artistic Ambiance a couple of times and she was very nice. I did all of the planning for my flowers with Diane. She is also the one who put my flower arrangements and bouquets together. Diane was AMAZING!! I want to adopt her so she can keep beautiful flower arrangements in my home year round! I had a VERY vague idea of what I wanted my bouquets and arrangements to look like. Throughout the planning process she'd call me with flower ideas, options and things she had found. She was able to make my ideas reality from my descriptions. There was not one thing missing, she was able to create every detail. I LOVE my flowers so much I had them preserved. I can't wait to get them back.
