Although the manners on the phone were impeccable! The product was under my expectations! I received a bouquet for Valentine’s Day which was pathetic! When I looked at it I was disappointed... then my boyfriend told me how much he paid I was highly upset for him!! Thinking that maybe it was only Beause it was Valentine’s Day was the price lifted for less of a product..: I ordered a bouquet for my mother in the hospital. I arrived at the hospital and was extremely disappointed!!! For a $100 dollars she received a measly 4 roses and 3 hydrangea bouquet!!! I am beyond myself..:: I do not, do not, do not recommend Julia’s

Long ago, Julia's used to have an arranger who was a supreme master of the art. He was amazing, his creations were stunning, and I imagine there may still be an arranger or two at Julia's who had learned from him, which would explain some recent high ratings. However, it's clear that your experience of Julia's these days will be hit or miss. I did not have the good fortune of meeting with one of their talented staff when I walked in. Instead, I had an interaction with the owner that made me promptly quit the place. I thought maybe she was just having an off day, but I've since learned of other customers who are leaving for good, thanks to being gouged and chafed by the owner. Decades ago, way before this owner, Julia's was indeed the top-notch florist in the area, bar none. I chose them to do the flowers for my wedding, and it's been a rare year when I haven't seen an arrangement from them. I could line up these arrangements chronologically merely by their loss of beauty and art. The most recent one was so abysmal, without a trace of the former arranger's art, that I was embarrassed for the business and regretted ever recommending Julia's to anyone. What a tragic end to a legendary florist shop.

Julia’s did flowers for my Mother in-laws Memorial Service. I knew they would be beautiful but they were stunning. From the time I stepped thru the door till I left I was extremely pleased with the attention and services I received. It has been almost a week and the flowers look just as beautiful as they did the first day. Even the hydrangeas. Which are a very fragil flower. This is the place to go in Wilmington.
