My experience at Fallon's was absolutely seamless! I came in to get arrangements done for my best friend's bridal shower. Not knowing a thing about flowers, the associate guided me along and came up with some ideas for the arrangements and took care of me within 15 minutes - I even asked if all this could be ready by our deadline- and her response was "oh of course!" which was nice as I was expecting a long lead time. When I picked them up the morning of the shower, they had turned out even more beautiful than I could've imagined! The designer did such a perfect job capturing what I was looking for. And not to mention picking them up on the morning of (which was hectic and full of appointments/pickups) was flawless, pleasant and quick. Extremely satisfied with the service and quality, and will always come here for future flower needs!

The people there stopped what they were doing to help me pick out what I needed. One of the guys there even helped me take it out to the car and strap it in since I was alone. I had done advanced reservation for flowers to be booked for valentine day. I called and confirmed three times and made sure flowers can and will be delivered. In morning I was told they have been loaded in the truck at 7:30 and should get there by later afternoon. I called at noon and they said they are being loaded now and not sure who gave you the information that they are already sent. But I was told again they will be delivered by evening. I called at 7 and they said the truck is out delivering and they will be delivered. Flowers and other present ($86) were never delivered. They are unreliable and I will never use them or recommend them again. They could have said at any time that they weren’t able to. This was an advanced order placed 2 Days before but the job was not done. This isn’t very diaappointing. Will never use them again and will not recommend. I will be requesting refund

My most recent was for my Mother's memorial service and the flowers were georgous. I had asked for a colorful garden bouquet since my mom was an avid gardener. The flowers on the altar surpassed my hopes. My family all commented on how beautiful they were. I have used Fallons for birthdays and other special occassions and sometimes just to brighten someone's day. The quality and reliability of their work is A++++++....

Great store. Would like to thank Frank the GM of store for sending a picture of flowers after it was fully asembled the workers. The store is in a great pristine location rite in front of broughton an next door 2 peace street shop. The only things about the store that could be fixed is the pot holes in its parking lots and they look like the ones from ages just be careful. But its definitly a great shop and worth another trip 4 any 1 in need of flowerz.

My fiancée just sent me a picture of the flowers she received and, to be honest, I'm overly disappointed once again. I paid the extra $10 to have the "deluxe" bouquet only for her to get something that looks nothing like what I ordered and is not even as full as the standard bouquet. Fallon's makes it clear that they retain the right to replace the original order with a comparable bouquet but, the bouquet they delivered is not even close to what I ordered. I've learned my lesson this time. Never again will I use Fallon's.

Fallon's Florist really came through for me. Their designers were very patient and helpful, and got me exactly the flowers I wanted at incredibly reasonable prices. They even made a VERY last minute delivery change when my original venue was closed due to the recent tornado, and just hours before the party I had to move everything to another restaurant on the opposite side of town. The flowers still arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. During the party, I received several compliments on the arrangements. Thank you, Fallon's!

Human beings don't get much lower, or more disgusting than the people running this florist. Despicable doesn't begin to cover it. My father passed away and we ordered sprays to be delivered to the funeral home on Sunday 5/21. We paid extra to ensure they would be delivered that day. They weren't. Services were announced for Monday 5/22, but all day 5/21 was a private viewing that wasn't publicly advertised. Thanks to Fallon's, a viewing that included zero flowers for my father. It turns out the cretins at Fallon's decided to look up my father on the funeral home website and saw services were listed for 5/22. The unprofessional sub-human trash then decided to take it upon themselves to determine they didn't have to deliver until 5/22 since that's when services were taking place, despite the fact we told them to deliver 5/21 and paid extra to ensure it. After the flowerless viewing, I called to complain. I was first told they tried to deliver, but the funeral home was closed. Lie number one. We were there from 11am - 5pm. Then I was told a delivery attempt was made but the funeral home rejected it because they don't accept flower deliveries on Sunday. Lie number two. The owner was there all day with us and was aware we were waiting for a delivery and he actually kept checking for us. I asked if they'd like to try for lie number three. I was then told the florist saw services were not scheduled until 5/22 and decided that's when the delivery should occur despite the fact we paid an additional service fee to get them there on 5/21. What kind of horrid slime balls would do that? The private viewing wasn't advertised, but that's beside the point. Who are these cretins to take it upon themselves to look up the deceased and decide when funeral flowers should be delivered? Contrary to the families wishes no less. I can't stress enough, just how grotesque these pieces of garbage are. Not only do they completely disrespect my father, they then lie about the idiotic decisions like bratty little children. Pathetic. I wish there was a way to prevent everyone from using this florist. They don't deserve to be in business and they don't deserve to count themselves among the human species. Oddly enough, the flowers were beautiful, but they weren't there when it counted. And the reason is nothing more than pure laziness, ignorance, and utter disrespect. These people are truly the lowest common denominator.

I ordered last minute flowers for my mother that lives in NC. I ordered them yesterday (Saturday) and I was emailed immediately asking if it was okay to have them delivered today instead. Of course that was okay because I would rather have them delivered on Mother's Day! I was impressed with the fast response and happy that they wanted to make sure this was okay. They delivered the flowers the very next morning (today)! I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete my order as I am sure they were very busy for Mother's Day! My mom sent me a picture of the bouquet and it is beautiful! It looks so fresh and exactly like the picture on the website. I was extremely satisfied with Fallon's and would absolutely use them again in the future!

While I have never had the pleasure of visiting the store in person, as I live a good seven hours south of them in Georgia, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this business through their website. I've been in a long-distance relationship with a Raleigh resident for the better part of the last two years, and as it is tremendously difficult to arrange visits between the two of us (we only get to see each other for about 5-8 weeks total in a single year) I like to send gifts to my partner throughout the year. Fallon's Flowers has always been my go-to to have birthday, anniversary, and "just because" flowers sent to my partner, as they perfectly meet my standards for quality, price, and prompt delivery. The only two times there's been any issue with my orders were during a surprise ice storm in 2017 (in which I easily requested a delayed delivery because the delivery location was at the time unreachable) and more recently in 2018, when a substitution had to be made due to a shortage of the requested flowers (and even then, they alerted me of that fact, and accepted my request that the substituted flowers were "cat-friendly"). Each excited text message photo I've received of the delivered arrangements have been absolutely beautiful, and have never failed to make myself and my partner smile. Many many thanks to the staff of Fallon's Flowers for making one long-distance couple feel a little closer between visits. :)

Tanya Cochran designed the flowers for my daughter's wedding on June 7, 2014. I can't begin to describe the beautiful designs she created. She is truly an artist. Tanya took a lot of time with us in discussing what we wanted. She listened, took notes and made suggestions that helped make the wedding day beautiful. When the church burned down before the wedding Tanya made the needed adjustments with no hesitation. The delivery of the flowers by Frank Campisi was made without a hitch, even though he had to travel quite a distance. I would recommend Fallons to anyone who wants real customer service and a quality product.

After an absolute nightmare 2 hrs online ordering flowers (from another company) for my sis in Duke Hospital, (me being in another state) my order was finalized. 20 min later, they called to say they could NOT deliver today as they said they could! It took another 20 minutes to cancel my order and now I’m in a race against time to get flowers to my sis, who leaves for home tmrw! The hospital gift shop suggested Fallon’s to lucky me and the lady who took my call was so incredibly thoughtful and helpful! In 10 minutes my Peace Lily was ordered, paid for and set for today’s delivery to Duke at after 3pm!!! Within 2 hours my sis received it and was so very happy. THANK YOU for your wonderful customer service and beautiful goods! I will tell my two sisters in the Raleigh area to be sure and use you for any floral needs in the future! You ROCK! ❤️

Great selection. Affordable. However, don't rely on the website for correct pricing. I was charged $10 more than the website says for same exact thing that is shown on the website. And the parking is ATROCIOUS! Double-parked cars on the side where you can't exit/enter & the front is so narrow that it's almost impossible to leave once you get there. EDIT TO ADD: I emailed my issue as owner response asked. Was very pleased with response & solution. Wasn't expecting offer made but very pleased. Have used for decades & will continue to use.

I will not be returning to this flower shop. Every time I go there, the same women treat me as if I’m invisible. The first time I went to pick out flowers for my birthday I had to practically beg for assistance. The second time, for another special occasion my brother and I decided to split the cost for flowers for our mom. I was made to feel as though I could not afford my flowers, the older aged brown haired woman made passive aggressive comments and proceed to take both of our mailing addresses associated with the debit cards. She then told me both cards were declined when they hadn’t been. Even if this was not this woman’s intention, it made me uncomfortable as she yelled for my brother (who was by the door taking a call) to sign his receipt. Again, this level of uncomfortability has happened before with the same woman at the same location. I will never return to this location or any other location under this name again. Will be using my money at more welcoming establishments.

Very disappointed in Fallon's. Customer disservice is the best way to describe them. Teresa was very friendly (Wake Forest Rd. location), but the final product was not what I had requested. It's as if she nodded, smiled, and said everything she thought I wanted to hear. All I needed was a bouquet and a centerpiece, that's it. But since that was it, they charged me the max dollar amount, $150 each. The centerpiece was so big, I could not see the other half of my table, and I had specifically requested that it not be obstructing my view of my table. I requested a small bouquet, as I am only 4'11, and what I got was a 20 pound, unnecessarily HUGE bouquet, that I had to warn the girls about when I tossed it as to not cause any injuries. I also dropped off my mother's veil, and asked that they wrap the stems of the bouquet with it. I was told "no problem." When I arrived at my venue, I was devestated that this was not incorporated at all. They did not listen to any of my requests, and I would not want any other bride to go through this stress.

I ordered flowers from Fallons last year for my GF for Valentines day. They delivered them on February 15th. Her office is literally 5 minutes away from their shop. I tried them again this year. Very expensive for a dozen roses just under $100, and by Feb 18 my GF had to throw them away. They were very wilted and brown. The roses already had brown on the edges of the petals when they were delivered on the 14th. Definitely not worth the price, low quality and you may or may not get them delivered on time. I will never use them again.

I ordered a a bouquet of flowers for my anniversary. I put the order in early to avoid any frustration of waiting on same-day delivery. When I called the company at 3:15pm, they said “your flowers are out for delivery. They should be there soon.” Well guess who never got their anniversary flowers or had any of their calls returned... EDIT: As it turns out, the flowers had been taken and brought to our office. It was not until the next morning that we received an email from the office stating they had the flowers. Fallon’s reached out and was very apologetic for the confusion. Very professional and we’re willing to go above and beyond to make it right. I would definitely use Fallon’s services again.

I just had my wedding in May. FOUR DAYS before the wedding we walked into Fallon's Flowers looking for rose petals, and we met Tanya. She was very attentive, listened and provided ideas for flowers based on our preferences. She was so great that we decided to purchase all of our flowers from Fallon's. She was extremely responsive, provided us with great service, and really took care of us. Our wedding was at by Greensboro so we were leaving early in the morning the day before to set up. She made sure the flowers were packaged nicely so they would last the ride and still be fresh the next day. Tanya and Fallon's really took care of us! Thank you!

I made a wholesale order for a colleagues event that I was making arrangements for. Typically when doing an event I would order from an online floral wholesaler, but because of the event timing, I couldn't get delivery on the day I needed the flowers, so I had to figure out an alternative supplier. Frank worked with me to select specific varieties of the roses and orchids I needed and put in extra effort to make sure that the colors would match what I needed. When the event time came, the orchids we ordered weren't available, and unfortunately the folks at the shop didn't catch that the flowers the grower sent were the wrong color. (This is the one thing they could have done better.) I contacted Frank after they were delivered, who immediately confirmed the issue and worked with me to find and get replacements. I had an acceptable replacement delivered the next day, in plenty of time for the event (initial delivery was two days prior to the event). Since the alternate flowers were less expensive, the shop took the originals back, and agreed to refund me the difference in coat. Frank even had them send over extra flowers (double the number agreed) to make sure that we had color options that would meet our needs. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and exhibited excellent customer service every step of the way. Oh, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I'll definitely be contacting Fallon's the next time I need flowers for an event!

I called on a Sunday afternoon for a funeral on a Monday morning. She was polite and professional. She said she would make sure it was all taken care of for me. I truly appreciate that she was willing to go the extra mile for me. The prices were comparable to other florists and very reasonable .

Fallon's failed to deliver my Valentine's Day flowers. Even after calling at 6 pm they didn't make any attempt to deliver that day and just requested if we wanted them the next day or a refund. They ruined a complete surprise that never happened and thoroughly disappointed my boyfriend as he kept waiting for me to receive my flowers before 5 pm which never happened. The lady even said the order and bouquet was right there and was nonchalant and didn't seem concerned that they dropped the ball on a Valentine's present. I see they have numerous reviews stating missed deliveries. My suggestion is go somewhere else.

worst company. DO NOT ORDER from here. They took my order and said my order would be delivered for mothers day. They called me on mothers day and said they could not deliver. The staff was extremely rude and told me no matter how much money I paid it was not getting delivered. in the middle of me talking she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. BY FAR THE WORST FLOWER shop in North Carolina. DO not order for a special occasion bc you won't receive it.

Instead of delivering flowers Fallon's delivered nothing but disappointment. I placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend's office on Valentine's Day but when 5pm hit and I had yet to hear from girlfriend I knew they had screwed up the delivery. When I called Fallon's it seemed that I was not only one experiencing delivery problems as they were fully aware of the issue. They tried to offer delivery to an alternate address that night, delivery the next day, free upgrade. etc. but at that time what's the point? The surprise had already been ruined. Rather than continue to trust their poor service I just asked for refund. Lesson learned and I will never order from Fallon's again!

We used Fallon's Flowers for my daughter's wedding in October, and we were so happy with all the flower arrangements, the bridal bouquet and flower halo, and the boutonnieres! Thomas, the designer, was amazing to work with. He had the most creative ideas that we would not have thought of. I cried when he showed me my daughter's bouquet! I will definitely use them for all my floral requirements in the future.

Julie was my angel today. I needed to get a last-minute bouquet to my sister for her birthday. Julie had a gorgeous bouquet arranged with all of my sister's favorite flowers and miraculously got it to her on time. My son prom was on Saturday 04/11/2019, I ordered a corsage from a local flower shop in my area. I arrived at 12 to pick it up, the corsage was not ready. Long story short the owner put together a corsage that was given to me for free but I was not satisfied. I knew it was impossible to get a corsage at the last minute from any flower shop. A friend told me to try Fallon's and to my surprise they were able to complete a corsage by 4:30. They had enough flowers to do 1 last corsage. I was excited because Prom Pictures were at 5:30. I will always be grateful to Fallon's Flowers. She loved it and it was a joy to watch my son put it on her arm.

Last week I used Fallon's to send a family member flowers as a thank you. The man who helped me at the front desk there was very nice and helpful. I had already chosen an arrangement I saw on-line and I have to say, I thought what i saw on-line looked great but the arrangement they sent looked even more stunning in person! I was more than pleased and so was the receiver! I felt like the man who helped me listened and cared enough to tailor it more to the individual I was sending it to (my dad), even though I didn't request any changes. It meant a lot to me. I will gladly use Fallon's Flowers in the future. Thank you!

(Bouquet of one dozen orange roses in craft paper with mylar balloon. Order placed on 10/18/18 for delivery on 10/19/18.) I was originally going to place my order online. I had a question so I called. While I was on the phone, the lady I was talking to offered to go ahead and take my order. The ordering process was quick and easy. She even went to the back to check that they had fresh orange roses (which I wanted for my friend's October birthday). When my friend received the roses and balloon, she sent me this picture. The roses look vibrant & fresh and the balloon is cute. I'm pleased with Fallon's. Five out of five.
