I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Basically told them I needed a massive bouquet for a graduation occasion with orchids and other flowers. They showed up with literally two orchids. Still waiting for a refund like they promised...I went to Dahlia in the Rock Center which gave me what I needed at a much better price point. Would not recommend this place for simple occasions / requests.

If there were more stars to give, I would give them. Carolina is not only a wonderful person, but her arrangements are always beautiful and unique. Carolina has been providing flower arrangements every week to my office for years. She also provides the flowers arrangements for all our holiday parties. Give Sterling Blooms a try - you won't be disappointed you will be delighted.

Where do I begin? I met with Carolina at a coffee shop to discuss my wedding vision (ethereal, romantic, wild) and it was just a great feeling from the start. Carolina is down to earth, open minded, extremely honest, sweet as pie and was able to work in my budget. She brought my vision to life with the bouquets and arrangements. She answered all of my (many) questions along the way very timely as the planning process continue, and she even brought me to the flower market just weeks before the big day when there was a bridesmaids dress color mix up, and completely change the color theme, ensuring that I loved the flowers. By the end of the planning she felt more like a friend than a vendor. When she walked in on my wedding day I was completely overwhelmed....the flowers were absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than I could dream of. The value was exceptional (almost every other flower shop I met with quoted me double for arrangements half as beautiful), and I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding or in need of flowers. I really miss her already!
