Today my boyfriend stopped by Rachel Cho's corporate office hoping to pick up some flowers and surprise me at work (my office is across the street from Rachel Cho's office). Although the company usually handles online orders and large scale events like weddings, the kind staff helped him out and made a beautiful arrangement for him in just a few minutes. The flowers were absolutely perfect. My heart is full. I was so impressed by how helpful they were that I left a kind comment on their website and they contacted me personally via phone to say "thank you." We'll be using Rachel Cho Floral Design again and again.

Magicians! Rachel and her team are amazing. They decorated our home for our wedding. From coming by to see the space, visualizing what would be great, to executing their plan and transforming the space into something magical, they all did an amazing job start to finish. Rachel Cho Flower Design did flowers for my wedding, which included my bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. They did an amazing job! I don't know much about flowers and only said I would like soft, romantic colors and a full bouquet. They made sure that the flowers matched my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, the groom and groomsmen outfits, and the venue. Each item was absolutely beautiful! Even their delivery was fantastic. The delivery man stayed to carry the flowers to the hotel fridge to keep them fresh and made sure they were placed in the fridge properly. I would recommend Rachel Cho Flower Design to anyone!

I wish I could give a zero star. I ordered a flower crown and sent them a picture with flowers that I had in my mind. I wanted Peony, and when I went to pick it up, I saw that they used Rose!! They mentioned that they sent an email regarding that, I checked the email. It was in my spam. They didn't even call for my confirmation! They should have called to get my confirmation for any changes!! The Roses on the crown were too big for the crown and the crown looked ugly!!! I have to use it because I had already scheduled an appointment for a photo shoot and it was too late to order it from another place! However, if I knew they are going to change my crown I wouldn't order it from them!

Rachel Cho Floral Design made my flower crown and bouquet for our wedding in June, and I was very happy with how they came out. I sent along some images of bouquets and hairpieces I liked, and they were able to craft something for me that matched the tone and texture of those images. The crown was perfect, and I felt exactly as I hoped it would when I put it on. Everything was delivered to my apartment the morning of the wedding, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. Happy to have found them. :)

Allison was so helpful with the whole process. We live outside Boston. My older sister who lives in Chelsea is recovering from an accident and we wanted to send flowers (sight unseen). My sister said they were beautiful and fragrant. I'm sure they lifted her spirits!
