Love this shop and the prices aren't too bad. I needed a plant for my desk and found them as their across the street from my job and nicely situated in a nice spot in the park. The staff was beyond nice and friendly. Would definitely shop their again and recommend.

It is a nice little shop. They have beautiful desk plants and flowers for loved ones. The prices are a little high, but it is a flower shop in the concrete jungle after all.

A wonderful experience. I mistakenly wrote the incorrect address on my delivery invoice, a twenty block difference by typing too quickly and inverting the street number. REGARDLESS, thy were friendly, professional and STILL delivered at a reasonable time given my mistake. My colleague was very impressed by the gift and sent me a photo of well the bouquet went with her home decor. She is a very classy woman and New York Plaza Florist did NOT disappoint. I couldn't be happier! Order Details: I placed my order online, on a weekday, delivery to a midtown office building. Some say its pricey, but I think the quality was worth it. NY Plaza Florist is my new go-to for professional gifts and mementos. Looking forward to my next order with them.

Great florist in central NYC. Had difficulty finding the place, but it’s on the courtyard behind the building. A good selection, great job, and affordable prices. Sent flowers to one of off-Broadway theaters and the recipient was happy with them.

I ordered from them online for valentine's day. They did not arrive, so I reached out to vendor asking for an explanation or tracking number, or any answers. They didn't respond. It's unacceptable for a business to both fail to deliver the promised services or goods, but then not respond to the inquiry.

Absolutely terrible! Complete rip off! I made the mistake of mentioning that I am proposing to my girlfriend, so I assume the man knew he could take advantage of me. I could literally see how he picked out the worst flowers and even when I requested other flowers he just made a "hmm" sound and ignored me. Sadly I was in a hurry and desperate situation, otherwise I would've not paid for the horrible quality and price. Unfriendly service, poor location, and ridiculous pricing. Will never recommend.

These guys came through and delivered! Placed an order at 9am on a snow day and they delivered by noon. Would use again for any midtown flower gifts.

I used to work in the area and this was my go to place. I had my engagement and wedding bouquets arranged here. The price is not cheap but almost always you get very fresh flowers that last weeks. The only concern I had was with Valentine’s Day delivery, which did not go that smooth, but this past Mother’s Day I ordered delivery and the owner delivered himself the day before because it was going to rain heavily next day. Very thoughtful touch.

My best friend was having a very rough day, so I began looking for florists to delivery a pick-me-up to her before she got off work. I called this florist at 4:18PM Local Time to make sure an online order I was about to purchase would be delivered to her. I'm 6 hours ahead in Eastern Europe and awoke to a text at 11:33PM (5:33PM EST) from her frantic about how beautiful the flowers were. I'd like to thank this florist for helping me by swiftly but tenderly putting together and delivering the beautiful flowers! Calling so late in the date and they still got delivered the same day, and within an hour and a half?! Awesome. Also, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was VERY friendly and personable. He mentioned the flowers I was looking to purchase were not in season, and that they had another flower (which he told me the name so I could google image it) as a suitable replacement (which, visually speaking, I believe it was). Also, my credit card would not work through the website and we patiently did the transaction over the phone. Definitely recommend. Thank you New York Plaza Florist!

I live in Texas and my flower shop wired my order for a $75.00 bouquet of SUNFLOWERS. This was for my special friends daughters funeral. The bouquet was absolutely horrible! It looked like a $20.00 bouquet of mixed yellow flowers from Walmart! It had 4 closed sunflowers in the whole arrangement. My florist called to try to get a credit back or a new arrangement sent. This place refused! And said that the arrangement was $75.00 worth. Even though it was obviously not! My florist totally agreed with me because my friend sent me a picture of the flowers. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Don't waste your hard earned money! My florist here in Texas ended up refunding some of my money just because that's how we are here in Texas.
