If I could rate zero stars or worse I would. I ordered flowers for mother’s day online and what arrived (at 1:43am in Sunday) was the most unattractive arrangement i have ever seen with nearly wilting flowers. Luckily, my wife is too good of a person to ever say anything but I was embarrassed as was my 5-year old son. I emailed on Sunday (and I took a ton of pics of this unprofessional mess of an arrangement) but still no response to rectify. I guess this is my fault for trusting this place - as I’d probably not enjoy to eat at a place called “NY Best Pizza”. Completely disappointing.

This post is 6months late...The flowers I ordered were for my wife's birthday...What truly great experience, I provided a personality(wife) description to your staff and they completely overachieved...the delivery was prompt and the arrangement was perfect...I was traveling when I called to place the order and everything was done to perfection...Thank you for your tremendous service... Oh yeah we kept the vase it was so lovely

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering !! Terrible place . Called and made an order of flowers to surprise my fiancé at her new job . I called a day in advance , I specifically told them before 4:30 not only didn’t they make it they never showed up at all !! Then the following day they actually text my fiancé to let her know they would be there before 4pm ruining the damn surprise ! Horrible customer service and place , do not buy from them

This place is the worst. I don't write reviews, just take my word for it. Do yourself a favor and use another florist. 1-800-Flowers is corny but it would have been better.

Worst experience ever dealing with a florist, after charging me extra for Valentine's Day delivery, delivered a cheaper, worse arrangement TWO days later, missing the holiday entirely and refusing to cancel my order or issue a refund. Also this address is a lie, my wife's office is around the corner, but somehow they were "operating out of the midtown location" and could not manage to deliver for 2 days >:o

Wish I could give no stars! Awful place! Promised me a delivery at 11am of products they didn't have! Called at 8pm to tell me this! Horrible customer service!

TERRIBLE. I ordered, Sunflowers, Boxed Chocolates and a Money Tree from "New York Best Florist". Apparently they didn't have the money tree in stock, so substituted it with cut flowers. Cut flowers are not a plant. PLUS they didn't deliver the chocolates. AND when the flowers were delivered, my wife said the flowers were wilted and the water in the vases was green with slime. She said the flowers looked like they'd been sitting in the vases for a week. I phoned and told them that. They said the next time I ordered from them they'd give me free flowers. I asked why on earth would I every order from them again. I asked to talk to the manager or owner. The woman said he wasn't there during the day, and to call late at night. I asked her to have the manager phone me back. He didn't call me back in over a week. I emailed them, my email bounce back. Really bad service. Total waste of $200.

I have been a customer of the florist for 7 years for me delivery was done in a timely fashion and services services provided was very satisfactory .the best roses in new york city.

Very late delivery even though they were 3 short blocks away from recipient. I asked for delivery "before noon" and they showed up at 5:15pm. I got no phone call advising of lateness, I had to call them. They said driver was "looking for parking". I ordered 20 tulips, but only 18 were delivered. When I called to complain I was offered credit for 2 flowers. What a waste of money.

This places rocks .. I love fresh flowers in my shop every other week.. This flowers shop.. Never let's me down to deliver the perfect arrangement every time .. The designers know I love lily's and roses .. Especially, pink to go with the colors in my place.. The drivers call me when they are on their way .. Alway's on time .. Prices are great!! Thanks guys are the best..
