A terrific, frieendly little neighborhood flower shop. I used to stop by here after work on my way home, just to treat myself and the family to a fresh bouquet. Carla, Tony and Al are always amazing. I changed jobs so I'm no longer in he neighborhood as I used to, but I still order fresh flowers from their website at least once per month. I love this amazing family. Highly professional, highly recommended!

Wow! Best experience ever. I called on Friday before a holiday weekend @5pm... needing an emergency centerpiece sent to a friends dinner party by 7:30pm. They said no problem! Best price in the area and BEST customer service. They even texted me a photo of what they created for me!! 4 stars!

Update to my review.. always impressed by the flower selection and convenience. Order flower for my wife yesterday, today they arrived and she could not be happier. They did a beautiful job on the arrangement. I will continue to order with Flowers Naturally 8/30/18 Excellent service & selection. I have been getting flowers from here for 5yrs. I will continue to get my flowers. The arrangements I've bought have been high quality & last longer than other companies flowers I've purchased in the past. Worst Service. They called us a day before to check the address and see if they could deliver a day early??? They totally lack professionalism and bottom line, its all about whats best for them not the customer paying. We had to pay a staff member to wait for the delivery in the end...and so much for a "special day".

Service superb. Could not have asked for more. I live in Thailand and ordered flowers, to be delivered on Monday morning, for my daughter's birthday (she is studying in NYC) on Saturday (I am 12 hours ahead of NYC time). Had immediate confirmation of order (great; it is important to know where your order is, especially on a weekend. i wanted the flowers to be delivered before 10:30 (before she went to class). Made a change detail to the address on Sunday and because of a card problem they called me at 9 pm on Monday night (9 am monday morning in NYC; solved the problem and the flowers were delivered at 9:40. My daughter was happy; and so was I. Thanks. Great service. Fast and reliable.

They helped me pick out such a nice masculine bouquet for a guy, and as I was walking out even threw in a few things for free that I liked because they were past their prime a bit and they wanted me to have them. Outstanding service and great designs - I was organizing a baby shower for a close friend who is a very special person to me. I ordered a collection of small custom bouquets from Flowers, Naturally. Carla and Tony did unbelievable job, I spoke with them on the phone describing what I want the bouquets to look like, and when I came to pick them up, the quality of designs exceeded every possible expectations. Those flowers looked unbelievably pretty and classy. I was supposed to just pick them up and take them with me but someone from the shop actually accompanied me and helped me bring the bouquets home (which was very welcome because there were over a dozen of them). They even made one extra bouquet for me, free of charge. I love this shop.

Here's why I give Flowers, Naturally 5 stars: I requested delivery of flowers to a basement theater that was undermarked and understaffed, and the staff at Flowers, Naturally made two attempts the day of the delivery to deliver the flower (unfortunately to no avail on Day 1). The next day, the store was closed and I was anxious that the flowers would not get delivered at all, but someone from the store called me (did I mention the store was not open to the public?) to tell me that they'd make another attempt. When the flowers finally arrived, my friend was beyond pleased. She thought that the flower selection and display was exquisite. Now this is what I call excellent customer service! 5 stars!

This is an exceptional florist and plant shop! I have been frequenting this area for years and every time I need to buy flowers I have never really been happy with what I was getting at other shops in the area. I had a little time yesterday to go off my usual beat and path to see if I could find a florist up to my standards for a great floral arrangement. After stopping in a few other local placed and being dissatisfied with what they offered I stumbled upon this place. I walked in and was greeted by a kind woman who seemed to be one of the floral designers and asked her if you she could make me something special. She gladly took me into the back to browse their vast and beautiful inventory of freshly cut flowers. I gave her a budget and the colors I wanted, and she created one of the most beautiful and elegant floral arrangements I have seen. I had the pleasure to meet the owner Tony while my arrangement was being created. He along with the entire staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and really appreciated my business. For those of you out there looking for a florist in the area look no further! This place is the real deal. The flowers are fresh, the selection is incredible, the service is outstanding, and prices are very reasonable. Great job to you Tony and the whole crew! You will see me again for sure, my teacher absolutely loved them!

Ordered urgent custom design of a dozen floral arrangements for a big conference in our headquarters, with several clients and partners present and a big business networking opportunity. The design and the service exceeded every expectation. Flowers Naturally delivered the ordered flowers right on time, the delivery team quickly put the gorgeous bouquets in beautiful vases in the best places in the conference room and the reception area, made sure we're all pleased, and left, all done with impressive efficiency in probably under five minutes. We were so impressed, I'm sure Flowers Naturally will be our go-to shop for all such events from now on. Many of the guests praised the flowers especially.
