I wish I could give them NO STARS. My Husband ordered 20 roses for me and not only did they send ONLY 7 roses with some dead carnations- THE ROSES WERE ALMOST DEAD TOO. I called the MANAGER and he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. NEVER AGAIN... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.. I wish I could post the picture of the HORRIBLE arrangement..

They never delivered my flower and ruined my friend's birthday. When I asked them through the phone, one guy told me that they didn't deliver the flower since they didn't have that kind of material, but another guy insisted they did deliver it. Then no response. When I made a third call, the representative simply got mad at me with such a BAD attitude! I would suggest everyone NOT to order from them. Don't risk getting the day ruined and letting the loved down.

Went in for a last minute bouquet to gift to a friend getting married at city hall, nearby, and the flower selection was beautiful. The service was excellent and the putting it all together was quick and thoughtfully done. I wanted white roses and he even suggested against it because the roses weren't fresh. Settled for mini roses. Really happy with my visit there.

The service was horrible. Showed no care in wrapping up the tulips I selected. The man there just made up the price right in front of me. He did not care whatsoever, just threw it in some paper wrapping and charged a ridiculous amount for some tulips. Do yourself a favor and walk down to Wholefoods down the street.

Horrible !!!!!! DO NOT BUY from here ! Owner is nasty, rude, unprofessional and has zero customer service! I wish I could give 0 stars. I was sent a dozen roses as a gift - when I went to take a photo of the roses as a thank you - the response was "wow that's not what I ordered" - so first delivery was wrong. I called and he sent a dozen long stemmed red roses - they were pretty but dead! Within 2 days the rose leaves were brown and crispy and the roses were all droopy. I called to tell him and he said I waited too long to call..... I said I couldn't find his number but I took photos to prove i was being honest. He told me he would send new roses. At the end of the day there was no delivery so I called him back and he started to yell at me and tell me "I won't send new!!!!! You are lying!" Uuuuummmmm I'm not lying about dead flowers. I can show you photos - but he didn't care. Then encouraged me write on Yelp my bad experience. So I'll do better than that. I'll write on many sites and I'll gladly send the photos of your dead flowers you deliver and share your hideous customer service. You are a miserable person ! Also- this was an out of state order and he made it clear "it's not his problem". Awful awful ! Do not waste your time or money. This place delivers wrong orders and dead flowers. I reported you to FTD as well. All you had to do was the right thing and be honest but you took out of towners money and sent dead flowers! Shame on you. Now refuses to answer my call.

I can always count on Downtown Florist to have everything floral I need to make sure my events look perfect. I like to entertain a lot and though the food may be great, decorations are what makes everything seem even better. Not only do the flowers look good and smell beautifully, they last incredibly long. Downtown Florist is my only choice for floral arrangements.

It is SO BAD!!!!!! SOOOO f**king HORRIBLE!!!!!! My order never got arrived and they did not refund my money!!!! Please do not trust this shop at all! Just like the comment blow, they never pick up the phone, no one deal with the problem, I have no idea how to find my order or money back! Such a horrible shop! Never trust them for your own good! And my girlfriend is so upset because of this.

I was quite indecisive about rating this place. On the one hand they helped me surprise my wife with the most beautiful bouquet she had ever seen (probably apart from the one she had on our wedding). On the other hand prices were a bit over the top and the delivery was not first class. However I recommend the place. Making a person who is dear to you smile is worth paying the price and worth the bother.

Downtown Florist ruined my Valentine's Day! On Valentines Day I went to their website and placed an order to be delivered to my wife's work as a surprise. Their website was still accepting orders on the morning of Valentine's Day. For the rest of the day I called them repeatedly to confirm that the order was received and that it would be delivered before the end of the work day. Despite dozens of calls they never picked up the phone. The order was never delivered. On my way home I stopped by the shop. I was told they weren't accepting any orders online on the day of Valentine's Day to which I said wouldn't that be something you'd like to make known on the website? The woman behind the counter said they were very busy all day and that's why they didn't pick up the phone. The owner couldn't talk to me because they were "so busy." Hey, you're a florist. It's Valentine's Day! You're going to be busy. Plan for it! Pick up the phone! They ruined my Valentine's day and have horrible customer relations practices.

Really bad. VALENTINE'S DAY, one of the most important days for the love and they close the shop 10 minus BEFORE. They close the doors in our face. NEVER RECOMMENDED! Bw there is a really cool flower shop 2 blocks ❤
