HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I could not have been more delighted with my experience with Tara at Columbia Midtown Florist. I called from Seattle, and they created the most amazing arrangement, which they delivered same day! It was absolutely the most gorgeous, artistic and fabulous arrangement...and again, delivered same day. Also, I felt like I was talking to a friend that I'd known for years with Tara. She made me feel like she would make sure everything was perfec - and it was. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys!

I would pass by this flower shop everyday and admire the arrangements on the window. It just so happens Dominique (an employee at Columbia Midtown Florist) dropped by my office to introduce herself. We had been trying different florists at different budgets and were never satisfied. My co-worker and I had pretty much given up because my boss is very particular, and the florists were not meeting out expectations. Dominique met with us 3 times to discuss our requirements. She also brought one of the florists to look at the space/decor of our space to match the future arrangements. With that alone she had won me over. She made sure she noted all of our necessary requirements. Boy did they meet them! I feel as if every week I'm saying this is THE BEST. Everything has been made easy with them, from delivery to picking up the vases to ordering flower arrangements for other offices. We made a large order with a tight window and they were very sure to accommodate us. We received nothing but raving reviews from the recipients. The flowers are GREAT quality and the arrangements are AMAZING, also the price is right! The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly including the delivery guy, so pleasant. I receive text messages just to make sure everything is good. The floral pictures do it no justice. When seen in person you can truly appreciate their talent. We are extremely happy to work with them, so look no further!

Bought some flowers that looked lovely in their picture, when they arrived they were half the size of the ones in the picture. They also sent them to the sender not the recipient! They would not admit it was there fault and wouldn't send any to correct address but to be quite honest the flowers were awful anyway.

Customer Service is ESSENTIAL!!! In any business! And today, if there was an award for it besides Kudos, it would go to Diana at Columbia Midtown Florist… TEN Thumbs Up!!!... I got an idea in my head for an Arrangement to be delivered. Just a single Rose!!! Most often I would do things like this myself, but I’m in Florida and she is in NY… After calling several Florists in the Midtown area Columbia Midtown Florist was the only one willing to create and deliver for me the vision that was on my Heart vibrantly beating in my head… Nothing Fancy or even Difficult from my perspective but the other florists somehow couldn’t find it within themselves or within the Realm of Extreme Customer Care & Service to oblige my vision… Yet, after speaking with and sharing my heart’s desire with Diana at CMF she was more than thrilled to make it happen… Regardless purpose or the outcome, Diana showed great grace and kindness to bring a heartwarming Smile and great Joy to a perfect stranger, an incredibly grateful customer… Her willingness to create my whimsical manner was way above and beyond business; this is wholeheartedly caring about the individual needs and desires of another… Awesome job Diana!!! Everything was very nice inside. Mark was very friendly and the flowers and plants are done very well. The process for passport photos was super-fast and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Small, cute shop, good service. Would go back.

I wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. I live in Florida so I went online to pick a florist for New York City. I took a chance and picked Columbia Midtown Florist. I'm so glad I did! My sister said it was the most beautiful and long lasting bouquet she had ever received! Their prices were competitive as well. So if you are out of town like me and don't know which florist to pick. Very bad service, rude team asking to pay before getting your flowers ready: ended up paying 40$ for 3 roses and some grass. Don't bother replying that this is a fake review from a competitor, I am working in the Rockefeller center and will do my best to avoid other people being treated like this

I was looking for flowers for the special lady in my life and found this place on Google maps. I work around the area and, on the day I went, it was raining pretty heavily. This shop is right near one of the exits (51st and 5th) of the Rockefeller Center underground concourse, so it was great for me to stay dry and just walk a little bit to get here. The staff is pretty helpful and they have some examples of their work on display. I wanted to get a bouquet and they worked with me in finding a good color scheme and filling it with a lot of variety. Overall, very happy with my purchase and will definitely come again

Flowers never got delivered, the florist blamed the Hotel, but hand delivery was agreed and paid. They also had the phone number of the recipient but never reached out. The recipient checked out the day after the delivery was supposed to happen, so she never got her birthday gift, and refund was disputed. So >100$ down the drain... I would highly recommend not using their services...

Their designs are unique and last so much longer than the previous florists I have used and I always get a lot of compliments. Highly recommend them!!

Great experience every time! I went to buy few stems of flowers for my art display and ending up buying beautiful cascading orchid I have never seen before. They have unique plants and flowers. I work a lot with Columbia Midtown Florist and I have to say it’s an absolute pleasure. Always! The arrangements are consistently gorgeous, tasteful and so positive different to what I saw before. The team is very competent, wonderful artists and always very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I run out of stars, they deserve way more than only 5.

Quite unaccommodating when I called them. Unpleasant customer service, and could only promise a same day delivery to a location just a few blocks from their shop within 9 hours (by the end of the work day, which defeats the point)– unless I paid an additional $25 extra fee (on top of the basic delivery fee), and they still couldn't guarantee a delivery time.

MY WIFE CALLED AND EXCLAIMED THE FLOWERS WERE THE MOST OVERWHELMING OF ANY SHE HAS EVER RECEIVED. i HAVE SENT FLOWERS TO MY WIFE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. SHE EXCLAIMED THE BEAUTY OF THE PRESENTATION, THE QUALITY OF THE ROSES AND SIZE OF THE BOUQUET WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I WILL REVISIT THIS FLORIST EVERYTIME MY WIFE RETURNS TO NEW YOUR CITY! WE LOVE NYC!! My friends sent me flowers for my b-day while I was staying in Hilton in Midtown. I never received anything nor was I contacted. They were not able to provide documentation that flowers ever reached Hilton nor did they offer refound. Terrible, terrible experience! I would highly advice against using their services! What a disrespectful thing to do. In the middle of New York!

There are so many great things I can say about Columbia Midtown Florist. They are extremely professional and their flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They supplied the flowers for my wedding and made my bouquet. The bouquet was absolutely stunning. I loved everything about it! The flowers were so fresh and everyone at the wedding commented on them and many of them took them home. My in-laws still have the flowers and they are still alive a month after the wedding! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara and her team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is the way you want it.

At 3:00 PM, I called to see If the orchid was delivered since I hadn’t received an email. I was told it had been delivered and it was ... In a black container, not white. BTW, I’m still waiting for the email that says the orchid arrived.

I came here once as I was in a jam and it was near my office. I walked in and asked if they had any flowers I could quickly buy as I was going to a dinner and there are no Deli’s around to buy flowers. They laughed at me and asked what my budget was rudely as if I couldn’t afford anything in there.
