I told her and she smugly laughed telling me I wouldn’t find what I was looking for there. I left feeling pretty embarrassed.

Outstanding!!! Ordered flowers for my daughter fairly late on V.D. The delightful person at the store said they would be delivered that day, but couldn't commit to a time. Flowers were "delivered" but my daughter didn't get them. I called next day and turns out they were delivered to the wrong building. A different - but equally delightful - person said they would deliver flowers to my daughter at the correct address. An hour later, the flowers were in her hands. We all make mistakes, but these folks fixed theirs - no questions asked. Flowers are beautiful. You have a fan for life. Thank you!
