If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. The offer no communication when they mess up and inefficiently run their business.
I usually never feel the need to leave a poor review about a place, but this place is awful. I placed an order yesterday evening for flowers to be delivered. I specifically wrote in the order request to please call me if there are any issues. Well no surprise, given the day they had issues and couldn't fulfill the request. That isn't my problems. My problem is that no one called me to communicate this with my. They did send me an email which a got much later, but I received no phone call regarding the issue. When I saw the email and called to inquire as to why no one called me, they blatantly lied to my face and said they did call me. First they said this when they didn't even know who I was, they asked me if I was someone else, and I had told them no, and gave them my information and then they restated their story that they called me. I had my phone by me all day and received phone calls from other people through out the day. I have no missed calls on my phone or voicemails so that is an utter lie. After speaking with a few people and expressing my issues with the lack of communication, because had they called and told me, I could have found another way to remedy the situation, they told me not to worry and that they would make the delivery and deliver the flowers same day. I wasn't expecting this response and was initially pleased they were willing to try to make me happy. I called them again a few hours later to check on the delivery, which took me a while to get a hold of someone, and they are now telling me that the order was cancelled and they didn't make delivery. And again, no phone call or any communication regarding it. I understand it is a busy day, and I understand if deliveries can't be made all the time. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULDN'T CALL ME, ESPECIALLY AFTER I CALLED THEM EXPRESSING MY CONCERN THAT NO ONE CALLED ME THE FIRST TIME AROUND. It is completely unacceptable. I understand they are a small business and they are very busy. But if you want to try to keep customer and get new customers to come back, then not only should they work hard to fulfill their orders, but they should at least communicate with the clients when there is an issue. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. AND I URGE ANYONE ELSE WHO WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS PLACE TO GO ELSE WHERE. YOU WILL LIKELY BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.
Again, I usually don't feel the need to ever be negative or leave a bad review. But after this experience, I feel the need to let others know that they will likely be disappointed if they place an order through this flower shop.
